Yes, and RT news in Russia is under no obligation to give any voice to any view that is not pro Putin. If you don't like it don't watch it.
Hilarious to see all these "american patriots" willfully defend the tools of dictatorships used here in the united states.
Close to 200 "local news" stations were given the exact same script to read verbatim. That's not a media slant, that's straight up propaganda.
When corporate interests control the majority of "local news" channels and use that as a tool to push a scripted agenda so brazen, that all the anchors were told to read the exact same message word for word verbatim.
It's one thing to say a media outlet leans left or right, but to push this level of propaganda is dangerous (and yes, I feel the same whether the message was pro-trump or anti-trump).It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray

show me any example where liberal media owners handed down a 2 minute long script that all the stations they owned had to read word for word verbatim and I'll "get ****ed".
otherwise you can take your fake outrage and show yourself out the door.
hey dopey - your USA today link is about the inauguration address. Pro tip - the inauguration is NOT the same as the state of the union.
you can't be trusted with even the most basic facts. how could you ever handle more complex and nuanced discussions.

Lol liberals love to use the "free press" argument until the press says something they don't like.
Kind of like how they love democracy until people vote against what they like.
Hell the other day another liberal went on and on to me about how the USA has free press. I should ask her what she thinks of this?

I have more honesty in my pinky toe than you have in your entire body.
bias is different from given a prepared script to read verbatim using ~200 local channels to appear as the "local free press".
I am ok with fox leaning right and msnbc leaning left. at least you know what you're getting when you tune in.
but to co-opt the local news and PUSH A PREPARED PROPAGANDA MESSAGE THAT THEY READ WORD FOR WORD IN EVERY STATION OR ELSE. that's not bias. That's straight up propaganda.
is it "free press" when ~200 "local news" stations are all given the same script and told to repeat it word for word or else ?It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray

It's the "free press" when Trump is beating up on it.
Is it the free press when 2% of the USA population owns most of the media?
From Mother Jones: https://www.motherjones.com/politics...-on-the-media/
In a fiery speech on the Senate floor Wednesday, Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) compared President Donald Trump’s ongoing attacks on the media to the actions of dictators, including Joseph Stalin, Bashar al-Assad, and Rodrigo Duterte, and called on his colleagues to safeguard the freedom of the press.
Funny how when Trump attacks the media, it's "attacking the freedom of press."
http://thehill.com/opinion/white-hou...ress-will-fail
President Trump's continuing and virtually pathological attacks against CNN, other nationally respected news organizations and the free press stain the American presidency and are similar to the behavior of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin
Donald Trump Thinks the Freedom of the Press Is ‘Disgusting’
Stalin would be proud (and I do not use this comparison lightly).

I love how all of this matters when it may be pro-Trump.
All the media in the USA is controlled. 90%+ of the press on CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, and ABC are negative towards Trump.
But that's OK for you.
This is why we won't give up our guns, no matter how much your controlled media is tell you to take them away.
