Bodyweight exercises everyday (Press ups, sit ups, squats, Burpees, pull ups)
Join a legit MA club..... anything in particular you wanna do? If it's Muay Thai I may know some good gyms around your area...

take some trial classes, find something you really like, anything and go from there. regardless of the style if you
don't REALLY like it, you won't train it, if you don't train it when you're not at class... you may as well stick to cardio.
