So how can I fix this in the laziest way possible?
Give me a magic pill boyoA young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.
The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."
The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

The first and most overlooked reason that our digestive tracts are critical to our health is because 80 percent of your entire immune system is located in your digestive tract! That is an astounding percentage.
In addition to the impact on our immune systems, our digestive systems are the second largest part of our neurological system. It’s called the enteric nervous system and is located in the gut. This is why it’s called our second brain!
Many people with health issues, such as thyroid imbalances, chronic fatigue, joint pain, psoriasis, autism and many other conditions don’t realize that these illnesses originate in the gut.
If these issues and many others are connected to our gut health, then what elements are essential for digestive health? Consider this: According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, upward of 60 million to 70 million Americans are affected by digestive diseases. In addition, digestive disease and disorders cost the U.S. over $100 billion per year.” (1)There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

there is no science that makes this fact. what works for some, doesn't work for others. basically if you feel like mr hyde, try to make some lifestyle changes either through diet, excersies, a solid 6-8 hours of sleep & getting more sunlight if all fails, SSRI's are there for those that have chemical imbalances.

Have a physician at work who is obsessed with gut healthy, lol. Hear this all the time from him. There are some interesting reads out there on the subject of gut health and how it relates to mental health.

Op is right, though.
The gut is aka the "little brain" and works in conjunction with the brain in your head to help determine mood, among other things.
"Gut feelings" are real and should be trusted.
It's sad so many people abuse their digestive system and subject it to a constant stream of toxins. Just so they can get a kick out of their taste buds.
Not all food consumption needs to be for sensory gratification. That is such a simple minded and short sighted indulgence.
When you consider the "little brain" in your gut plays a key role in your overall cognition (whether directly or indirectly via mood) the intuitive idea that fat people are "stupid" looks a little less prejudicial.
