It shouldn't I guess. I think digiorno removed trans fat from their pizzas. Frozen pizza can contain it. YOu find trans fat in partially hydrogenated oil or shortening. I guess at one point they used that in their ingredients? The articles I read about trans fat is it is bad news and the damage done is permanent.Originally Posted by AdamWW
