Notes: I didn't really feel like doing this, but here goes...Pretty happy with the results. The PJ was kind of weak sauce for me. I started at 160#, but knew it would be best to drop a few pounds. My 3RM is 200# and my 1RM is 225#. Oh well. The conditioning was terrible. 60 burpees and 60 6 foot broad jumps? Interrupted by heavy KBS? Oh well, happy with that time. Previous time was 2 minutes slower.

Nice job on that one. Yeah, that conditioning does look terrible. Nothing easy in that one. Way to get it done and beat your previous time!

Good looking workout all around. Strong work on the HPC and a nice metcon. Plus you can't beat the swim at the end to cool down. Jealous of the surf as well. Glad you guys enjoyed it. The guys I was playing golf with this weekend were old buddies from the beach that are living here now. I was talking with one of them and he said the he also checks the surf multiple times per day, despite being 100 miles away. (I've been doing that for 7 years...)

Nice job the last couple of days. Solid work on the squats and metcon and also a nice time on that run yesterday. That's crazy you're smoking those runs in the heat like that. Should be ready for your league!

I have been super busy with soccer. My U11 boys team officially started this week and I have been spending most of my time at the soccer club either putting out 🔥's with parents or helping the coaches. Technically, I'm just "team manager." We have our first tournament this weekend. Should be interesting since we'll be playing the top two teams in the league. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to either workout or run tomorrow, then practice Friday and a 0830 kickoff Saturday.

Thanks. It wasn't too bad. The tournament was a good one, but our team had only three hours of practice while the other teams have been together for a year or more. We lost both games, but we kept it close. We were kinda like the Bad News 🐻 of soccer. It was 110°F on the field, I had cooling towels for all the players. My son did ridiculously well drawing several scouts asking about him. Once this team gels, we will make an impact.
