Right knee ranges from uncomfortable to down right painful and like there is a cut inside my knee. Has been a problem for years but recently started up again.

also, lack of sleep. I have very poor sleep habits and they have gotten worse as I get older. Don't know how to fix it other than prescription meds, which is just a temporary fix and causes me to become addicted to the medication.

Invested a significant amount of time and effort in to my application for a position in the Australian Defence Force (From what I hear, infinitely more difficult to actually get in compared to US Military)
Passed multiple stages of tests, interviews, selection boards.

Can smash every physical test required except running. I cannot run for the life of me, every time I try I feel like I'm dying. Worried that I won't pass the running part of the test and the entire process will have been for nothing.

Hey man, I've been in the ADF for two years. So the test you are talking about is the beep test component. Looking at your Avi you clearly are not overweight or anything. I'd honestly say you are just stressing a bit. But I'm saying that if you are worried, just run everyday, within reason. Keep hitting the gym as well and you will be fine.

Same. I am unemployed right now and trying to finish up an accounting degree, because I am tired of working labor jobs for little pay. I feel like such an idiot because people dumber than me already have their life set (career, steady income, family, etc.) I don't have a career, no degree, only 8k in my bank account, never have had a GF, or even gone out on a date, have never tasted alcohol, or have never once partied. It's like I am stuck in no mans land. You would think I would have concentrated fully on my career and studies due to my lack of social life, but I didn't. So I wasted my twenties not progressing or having fun. Exercise, soccer, internet forums has been my life for the last 10 years.

Your friend will/should understand, no problem. You can always celebrate their marriage later.

- Personally I feel a lack of purpose. Doing good in school, will probably get a high paying/high profile job etc. but what's the point? It doesn't drive me, or give my life a purpose.
Maybe I feel that way because I don't have a girlfriend right now, maybe it's because school isn't challenging enough. I don't know.

My biggest problem so far is I'm almost done with my undergraduate degree and have no relevant work experience. About to participate in VITA and prepare tax returns for people though so that should help a bit.

Plus my gpa is low at 3.4 so I'm already behind a lot of people.

First part sounds like me. I've made the highest grades in several accounting courses and then there's some people making C's that have internships at great companies.

Go buy some alcohol and drink by yourself if you want to try it though.
