Joined this forum and started losing weight properly on 11th jan, it's been 161 days since then and I've lost 40 pounds so far. (10 pounds before joining). That's an average of 1.75 pounds per week.

The level of apathy and frustration I've felt the past few days has been unbearable. Trying to lose weight is simple with depression and anxiety, you just do it, its a physical thing. Trying to do anything mental however is just impossible, which leads to more frustration and then to try and get rid of that feeling you binge eat/drink/take drugs if you're not careful, not understanding why you crave these things so much, just needing release.

Switched it to Sunday seeing as I missed my last weigh in.
Week 1: 205.8
Week 2: 201.8
Week 3: 202.6
Will I ever get below 200lbs?
