I may have gotten ahead of myself yesterday! I didn't even introduce myself to everyone! So today I will start off by giving you guys a little about me and some stats first.
About Me: 21 years young. Currently earning my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I've been an NPC Physique Competitor for a year now and have placed 2nd in my class at the AZ Open in Mesa, AZ and 4th in my class at the Tournament of Champions (TOC) in San Diego. I was going to compete in the USA's this weekend but I've decided to take time off to build a bit more before I think of hitting a national stage. Been lifting seriously for about 5 years now and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
Goals with Bio-Gro:
I cut improperly for the TOC and probably lost more muscle than I should have so I want to really push the weights and use Bio-Gro to help me recover from my workouts to get the building process started!!!
Training:
I usually have always just trained for strength with a lot of lower rep schemes and higher weights. After talking with one of my mentors in my local gym and bodybuilding legend, Troy Alves, I have decided to start pushing more reps to help my lagging body parts grow. I don't follow a specific plan, I just know what I need to work on and hit what I need to using a traditional bodybuilding body part split of chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs, repeat. I take rest days as necessary but I usually don't take them at all. I never got rest days when I played sports and I haven't stopped lifting since those days.
Stats:
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 192lbs
Squat: 515
Bench: 385
DL: 515
Here's a video of me hitting my squat max right before I started my summer cut! I may be a physique competitor but I was always an athlete and fell in love with getting my maxes up as high as possible even if it doesn't really help me on stage lol!
Now back to the log!
Today I mixed one scoop in 4oz. of water preworkout. This time I could actually taste the cookie but I definitely would not recommend just mixing this stuff with water.
My second dose was postworkout and I mixed two scoops in with a container of vanilla greek yogurt! This was really freakin good! Everyone who recommended mixing it in greek yogurt knows whats up and I could see it being one of the best mixers! Regular vanilla yogurt would probably be better in the taste category and let the CnC flavor shine but you can't beat the macros of greek yogurt!
My shoulder workout today:
DB Shoulder Press: 55's x 20, 70's x 15, 80's x 10, 90's x 5
Bent Over Rear Delt DB Flys: 4x25 with 27.5's
Lateral DB Raises: 30's x 15, 35's x 12, 40's x 10, 25's x 15
Machine Rear Delt Flys: 30lbs x 25, 30lbs x 25, 45 x 15
EZ Bar High Pulls: 4x12 with 80lbs.
-superset-
EZ Bar Front Raises: 4x12 with 50lbs.
Rear Delt Cable Crossovers: 30lbs x 12, 45lbs x 12, 20 lbs x 15NPC Competitor

Got mine also in the mail yesterday too. Have a few questions first..should I be doing the 3 scoops in the AM and 3 scoops in the PM? If so, this will only last about 10 days and might it be too strong etc? Just wanted to ask before I start as I want to get it right. Also, should this be taken everyday or only workout days and skipped on rest days?

Glad it arrived!
Ideally you would dose 3 scoops in the morning and then 3 scoops at some other point (e.g., post-workout shake, etc.) and BioGro should be used on both training and non-training days. I totally realize that the product would last longer by conserving doses, but you'd also likely notice a decrease in the overall effectiveness/results you see.#Mensan

I thought the same thing... lol
as far as the challenge im gonna have to bow out of that. I can stretch a tub for possibly 30 days but I dont think I will benefit from it like its ment to. Im just gonna hit it hard and run the 15days and see what I can do. Ill post up my workout later tonight after work. On a side note I mixed 2 scoops in 6oz of milk and it was crazy good. I made the mistake of ony using 1 scoop for my initial tasting.USPLA Oregon 220lb Submasters raw record holder for Bench,Squat,Deadlift and overall total lbs.

100% your choice on dosing, personally I do feel like I've noticed a difference going from 4 scoops a day to 6. I'd just caveat any results that you experience throughout the log with the fact that you were under-dosing.
Excellent choice starting Back Day with pull-up - definitely my favorite

Welcome and thanks for the introduction! ... Congratulations on your physique placings! You're starting off great. It's impressive to earn those placings. ... How much longer do you have before you complete your degree?
I totally understand what you mean about cutting improperly. I've done that once. I lost a ton of muscle. I'm still trying to build back up from it. The Bio-Gro is really helping me to do that. I'm planning to compete in a few weeks. I'm anxious to see what I've been able to build.
Strong squats! How much weight is that? It's amazing what we can force the human body to do.
I have to agree with you. I'm not a fan of the Bio-Gro mixed in just water. I absolutely love mixing it with Greek Yogurt. I also like adding it to almond milk and using it as "milk" for my cereal. Sometimes I throw in a scoop of protein along with it to use as "milk". If you eat cereal, you should give it a try.
Strong shoulder workout! I'll be training shoulders this evening. It's Friday so I expect I'll have most of the gym to myself - SCORE!Top Secret Nutrition Rep

I'll be finishing up my undergrad this year but I plan on entering a graduate program after that!
I'll give the milk thing a shot once I'm done with my workout today. After seeing the other posts today I have decided to bump up to 4 scoops a day since I'm under 200lbs so I will throw two scoops in the milk!
I just threw down 2 scoops of CnC in my maple Greek yogurt which was unreal! I was licking the container clean! Now it is time to gear up for an intense leg session!!!!NPC Competitor

About Me:
I am 21 years old, currently earning my bachelor of architecture degree, to become a licensed architect. Sadly I found my passion for design before I found my love and desire for bodybuilding, otherwise I might have a career in fitness. But now I can have the best of both worlds because I get to go to the gym every day!
I have been lifting for a little over 3 years now, and have loved every minute of it. I have thought about competing, but my goal is to wait till I graduate and continue packing on a few more pounds of muscle. That way, when I cut, I won’t look too thin and puny, haha.
My goal for bio-gro:
Is to use it to help me add lean muscle mass. Just another supplement helping me in my goal to gain clean weight. I have bought an additional 2 bottles and will buy more to possibly compete in the competition.
Training:
I train with a lot of volume and focus on mass building techniques. I’m not going to lie, I lift for size and shape, not for strength. I look at bodybuilding as an art, a way to sculpt and design the body to look strong and agile. Eventually when I reach my desire physique I will go deeper into more strength lifting. I do strength train, but focus on that more during my bulking sessions and the winter.
Stats:
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 190lbs
BF%: ~13%
Squat: 275
Bench: 245 (I’m sorry, but I have long arms)
DL: 505
For my Log:
Today I mixed two scoops with a plain 0% fat Greek yogurt cup I had to add a little milk to mix it better. I did this for a snack at 4am, 45 minutes before my workout. It was delicious. I’m going to take another dose before bed (2 scoops) with water.
My back and bicep workout today:
Pull ups(wide grip)- 5 sets to failure
Lat pull-down(behind neck)- 3 sets of 15 (150lbs)
Bent over barbell rows- 3sets of 12, 3 sets of 10, 2 sets of 12 (165,185,165)
Standing, Cable rope pull- 3 sets of 12 (high with 120lbs), 3 sets of 12 (chest height, with 120lbs)
Bent over- one arm cable row- 15 reps 120lbs, 12x130, 10x140, 8x150
Barbell curl- using pyramid scheme: start with just bar, do 10 reps, then add 5lbs for 5 sets, 10 reps each. Then go back down. No rest
Alternating dumbbell curl- 3 sets of 15,12,10 reps (with 40’s,45’s,50’s)
Alternating hammer curl- 3 sets of 12,10,8reps (with 50’s, 55’s, 60’s)
High cable curls with ez-bar- 4 sets of 12 with 120lbs (slight lean back to balance)
Lat pull close grip v-bar- 2 sets of 12, 2 of 8 (130, 150lbs)
Underhand grip lat pull-dropset start with 150lbs for 10 reps then drop 20 lbs each time for 3 more sets.
Finished with interval cardio on Stairmaster for 10 minutes. Completed workout in 1 hour and 15 minutes.Pikes Brother, Gamma Tau Chapter. Phi Phi bros

I truly think that's the best option - try the product at full-dose, gauge your satisfaction based on the recommended dosage, THEN make the judgment as to whether it's "worth it" in terms of value. It would suck to miss out on the full impact just because you under-dosed and potentially miss out on the true experience.
Congrats on getting the education - it's the one investment that no one can EVER take away from you (and the ROI is tremendous).
Now, where can I find this Maple Greek Yogurt that you speak of?
Squats and Deadlifts FTW!!!
Very strong on the Barbell Press - do you do them standing or seated?#Mensan
