I love isolean pro! Its my first labrada product that I've used and I am very satisfied! I love the taste especially and recovery is awesome!! I think I'm sticking with an isolate from now on because I believe it helps u get leaner and doesn't make u bloat as much. So I will definitely be trying to get some more of this isolate after I'm through with this tub! Thanks so much for letting me log this product and thanks for following along so far on the Log

Today is an active rest day for me. I took a serving of iso lean pro with skim milk when i woke up. idk what im going to do when i run out of this stuff and not have an amazing tasting protein shake to drink righth when i wake up. i think i actually might order another tub of the chocolate flavor after this log and try that.
But for breakfast i had 4 whole eggs with some ham and alittle bit of chess in it with some almonds to the side. Then i just had my second meal of chicken and peas.
Plan on doing a whole bunch of exercises light weight 2 sets of 15 reps of each exercise probably. im not sure yet since its just an active rest day i can really just do anything somewhat active just to get my heart rate up and get a little pump.
And then just to keep my protein up i will have a shake before and after my workout and plus it tastes too good not to have one pre and post workout.

Sounds like you have a great plan in place here brother.
I agree with you on the isolate and it's ability to help with bloating. Which protein we should use is directly correlated to the nutrition plan we have in place, in my opinion.
My own personal program right now includes 2 ISO shakes a day and 4-5 meals depending on goals, and how the day pans out.
Get that chocolate you want before you run out brother! You will thank me the morning you get up and all your current protein is gone.

I've estimated that i have about a week left on this awesome isolate! but i plan on buying more so the log will end but the love will keep giving
But this morning around 5:30 i had my morning isolean pro shake. I'm about to take my pre workout shake and then when my workout is finished i will take my third serving of isolean pro. I havent really gained a lot of strength during this log but since the summer is coming ive gradually been cutting on carbs.
My workout today is
Barbell Back Squat
Lunges
Deadlift
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Everything was 3-4 sets of 6-12 reps.

I just couldn't get out of bed this morning!! One of those days!!!
So I didn't have time to make my regular breakfast meal.... Times like these I really appreciate having ISO Lean pro or other protein powders around.
Dumped about 60 grams worth of instant oats and 2 scoops of ISO Lean pro in a shaker and walked out the door!
It's always awesome to hear Labrada has gained a new customer! Hope to see ISO Lean pro in your cupboards for a long time coming!

Almost through my tub of isolean pro but I had my three servings today already! My shoulders were sore so I went lighter on shoulders today but I did shoulders traps and calves.
Db front raises
Db lateral raises
Db seated lateral raises
Arnold press
Barbell shruggs superset with db shruggs
Barbell calf raises superset with db calf raises
Every thing was 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps except for calf raises I did 3 sets of 12 barbell calf raises and 10 sets of 10 db calf raises.
Trying to eat a meat and veggy every meal and carbs focused around my workout.

Today I had my protein shake right in the morning and then I decided just to do chest this morning
Barbell bench 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Incline barbell bench 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Incline db fly superset with machine pec fly 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Then I did 3 sets of hammer strength bench 3 sets of 12
It was kind of a higher rep day and lighter weight and I just wanted to focus on only my chest instead of chest and triceps.
And of course I had my pre and post shake of isolean pro! And then I had a pb sandwich right after. Its prolly not the best post workout meal but its simple carbs and fat and a little protein.

Today's work was just back. I'm almost out of isolean pro I have one serving upon wake up and pre and post shake. Also with my morning shake I had 4 whole eggs and almonds.
My workout was
Barbell rows
Db rows
Lat pulldown
Deadlift
Shruggs
Good mornings
Everything 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps..
I think I like training one body part once a week instead of each body part twice a week. It let's me focus on that body part more and hit each body part with good energy and it gives the muscle plenty of time to recover.
