sorry i hadn't checked this for ages!
i went through different phases, i'd eat really clean for 6 weeks then have a few cheat meals here and there then got strict again. i cut down drinking a lot though!

yeah loads have said i had a good starting base, was already reasonably strong to begin with as well.
haha my legs are my weakest area to be fair, they're what i would consider to be strong, as i have a lot of power in them, probably due to being a national triple jumper before i started lifting seriously, but heres a pic anyway. i dont usually upload them purely because ive always had a lot of spots around my legs and generally just dont like them for that reason, makes it looks 10x worse when you're pale lol.
And here is a kind of lat spread shot i took with my really chitty camera, it's not the best but least you get an idea.
my diet is really basic, do the generic 40p/40c/20f split. i stay really lean so i can be a little less strict on my diet but i usually have >4000cals a day.
haven't ever trained push/pull or ABC2x but would like to try these.
i usually keep low frequency but sometimes I like having high volume weeks/session involving a lot more drop and rest sets and getting a really good pump going on. if you've got any training recommendations that i could try i'd be interested in giving them a go
