Agree with OP.
Bright green eyes on any person is pretty aesthetic and top tier. Light eyes on dark skin/features are pretty appealing too. Dark (almost black) eyes on a light featured caucasian is unique looking, but I wouldn't say aesthetic.
Although I knew this Pakistani guy (he looked like a middle eastern Tupac) with deep brown eyes and I heard girls talking about how nice his eyes were, so sometimes it can be more about eye-shape.
Normal blue eyes on fair white people aren't anything special unless you have good eye-shape, dark long eyelashes and dark eyebrows. Hazel eyes are pretty average aswell.

Not sure if this happens to alot of people, but in low light my eyes are hazel/brown, but in the sunlight they are green with a small circle of brown around the black centre, weird as fukk.

Hazel is best mix. Brown on inside, green on outside. Looks green in light, brown in dark.
