I almost exclusively use DB for chest, with the exception of a lighter weight/higher repetition use of incline bench. I also strongly feel DB's are superior for the bodybuilder compared to BB.

Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
