That makes rage so hard. I had a great spotter when I maxed a few weeks ago, but other than that, I've already had trouble with spotters who want to be a hero more than they want to listen to simple instructions to not touch the fukcing bar unless I'm pinned down and gasping for my last breath.

*sigh, I know this feel bro. Glad you got a good spot for your max though!
My buddy who would have normally spotted me, left 20 minutes before I got there.
Thinking about going for it again. Today just seemed like the perfect storm though. Didnt even plan on maxing today, just got in there and everything felt good so after my second press I started pacing myself for 365, then 365 went up easy and that is when I really started getting into it. Not sure if I can hit it like this for another 8-9 weeks. Making me rage the more I think about this!!
Get after it mang! I really hope you can pull something or a lot of something away from this!
Bonkies pls

Its all good, just a number to brag about at the end of the day
Welcome and thank you!
Haha! In all my years of training like this, I have only been actually overtrained 1 time.... and you can feel that chit in your bones. I definitely feel like people fear OT way too much... as long as you are sleeping good and eating good, you should be able to train to your heart's content.4% shredded with striated!

As I posted above, went for 385 today and smashed it....... only because my damn spotter decided to grab the bar at the bottom of my lift. I decided to just do some cable work when I was done, skipping anymore BB or DB work to avoid injury. Realistically, I am completely thrilled with 365 and I felt like I had really good work done, so altering my routine to prevent any shoulder discomfort doesn't bother me at all.
Most definitely going to try and sneak in some more chest work this week somewhere though4% shredded with striated!
