I just buy a cheap, non flavored amino powder. Works just as good as the more expensive stuff that tastes a little better. Just pour the scoop in your mouth chug some water and your done.

Another option I recommend is to go 1/2 bulk then half of a product like Xtend. Makes both last a little longer and you save some money.Originally Posted by JolietKev
