Did your doctor explain this to you at all? A Kinase is an enzyme in your body designed to break down a specific protein. In your case, Creatine Kinase is designed to break down Creatine in your body (a normal function), it breaks creatine down into Creatinine, a by-product of creatine breakdown.
Your report says you have high levels of Creatine Kinase, which naturally means you'll have high levels of Creatinine (because of the aforementioned process) and probably low levels of natural creatine (if this has been going on you've probably noticed it's been hard to put on muscle mass recently).
This leads me in the direction of assuming that there is some renal filtration issue going on somewhere. Kidney stones confirm this, as they also symbolize a renal problem (kidney issue) make sure you've signed up for follow up tests in terms of kidney disease and other such things. It may not be that, but you should be going back to do further testing in the near future, and if you aren't scheduled for that, you should do it as soon as possible.
Just so you and everyone else in the thread can have some extra background.

I thought I had one. A few years ago I came home and sat down to eat and it felt like somebody shot me in the back. It went on for about 1 min and I could barely move it hurt so bad. After I could walk I ran up and googled sharp pain in back and sure enough came back kidney stone. The next few days I drank a ton of water and every time I pissed was waiting for it to feel like a razor blade cutting my cawk from the inside out. A week went by and nothing. So either I might have pinched some nerve or my urethra is so loose I passed a stone with out hitting anything on the way out.

Sir, let me assure you that passing kidney stones is a lot worst than pregnancy. On the pain scale it's the only real 10/10 that you will ever have.
As for having not one but 4 stones, that could be genetic. Some people are predisposed to getting calcium and other types of stones and need medication plus good diets to prevent any from forming (though they might still form nonetheless).
Anyways good luck guy.

Too much creatine in my case. I was taking jack3d for about month fine after i quit the ADDITIONAL creatine. You just have to be careful. I had the kidney stones on and off for the past year and just thought they were stomach pains until I had a bad one. I do plan on taking c4 which has creatine but I do not plan on stacking another creatine supplement on top of that
