One of the guy's other usernames showed up in this forum about a year ago. Haven't seen him around for a while.

Keep training with as few sets as possible until you are no longer gaining,then add sets.When you first start back it is easy to gain.Some of this is muscle memory and also the fact that when you first start back training it takes very little to force an adaptive response.Over time you should gravitate towards 12-16 sets per bodypart (including warmups) because that is what works best over the long haul(for bodybuilding).
