done, i dont want to look like a puss box-deadlifting 90 lbs gain... even if it is part of a brutal 4 movement circuit.

in my experience, simple vs complex makes no real difference, simple carbs can be more comfortable (less bloat) because much less fiber.

my issue lately has been carbing on junk, (fat and carbs together) at first it was the perfect boost, was getting great pumps and the progress continued, but, have reached the point i think where the junk day is offsetting too much of the progress

junk tomorrow, then again in a week for my bday, then switching to more frequent, but low-fat carb ups. will do 3 days keto 2000 cals, 1 day carbs 2500.

for these carb ups will probably eat more complex carbs to feel full. will go low fat but not super low, i think Zone ratio of around 40-40-20 will be what i shoot for

will be six weeks of no junk, sad. then a vacation.

eat all the low-fat sugar you want in my opinion, especially if you do short carb ups like Rugger (i do this too)

yesterday i had my weekly carb up and i had more complex carbs (brown bread and such like) as compared to single carbs. i noticed greater water retention today as opposed to on a carbup with junk foods. whats up with that?
