I was skinny as **** my whole life and when I started lifting my diet sucked.
Once I nailed it down I went from 115 to 232 in a year and a half.
My bulking diet looks something like this:
Breakfast - 4 whole eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 4 slices ezekiel toast, 1 pound hash browns cooked with PAM spray and a glass of orange juice
Meal 2 - 6oz dry pasta with 8oz of ground turkey (94% lean) and some kind of vegetable and 1 cup of oatmeal
Train - 30g Gatorade before training, 30g during training
PWO - 110g of maltodextrin mixed with a bottle of Isopure (40 grams of whey), 2 baked potatoes with Smart Balance spread on top, a large bowl of applesauce and 4 large rice cakes - as well as a variety of supplements
Meal 4 - 8oz ground turkey again although this time with rice and veggies, may add some ezekiel toast here as well
Meal 5 - Oatmeal or ezekiel cereal with whey protein (Scivation Whey), almonds, and a banana (my "small" meal of the day)
Meal 6 - Just like meal 4 although I may add something for variety. Recently I've had a thing for fresh corn on the cob so I may have turkey, rice, broccoli and 4 big ears of corn.
All day long, every day.
I cut when I am literally physically ill from eating so much, usually for a couple of months then right back to the force feeding.
