    Day 6=Legs

    Had a bit of a long day, but ended up having a great workout. My legs were so full of blood I could hardly walk out of the gym today.

    DAY 7=Shoulders/Tri's

    Recently watched an interesting vid on shoulder training with Charles Glass, so decided to try a slightly altered shoulder routine. Definitely going to incorporate some of the movements into my usual routine.

    Gulped down my Vengeance in my preferred 30ish oz of water. Tastes Pretty enjoyable.

    Another really solid workout! Pump was sick. Saw some veins I had never seen before even when directly training arms. Thinking the ArA is starting to kick in as the whole workout was perfect.

    I can only imagine...I've tried fst-7 without any pre-workout or pump product and almost exploded. I'm kinda scared lol. Will for sure be in one my next workouts.

    A similar high volume routine is what I was doing last summer when you first sent me samples of vengeance and I bought a tub.

    Ive actually found I get my best pumps from DC and lower volume training. I was using ICE+ when doing DC training and couldnt believe it. DC in general, regardless of supplementation has warranted me the best gains and surprisingly enough more "intense" intra workout pumps.

    It does seem the amount of volume one can handle is very individual though.

    Day 13-Shoulders. Had a great workout. Wasn't able to log the workout, but as usual had great energy, pumps, and endurance.

    Yea loving the Vengeance right now. Definitely beyond my expectations.

    I'm at about 174 in the pics. I was closer to 171-172 at the beginning of the month. Been bulking just above maintenance. It's a good way for me, as I'm at the beach quite a bit during summer weekends and having some abs year round is pretty nice.

    DAY 17 was another off day. Its not often I give my body enough rest, so I'm feeling really good especially with my back injury.

    Yea chest and Leg days tend to be heavy lower volume days for me. Been like that for a while now. Back and Shoulers are a little higher volume as my joints usually feel better when I keep the reps and volume higher and a bit lighter.

    Day 19 was shoulders
    -My highest volume day so I didn't keep tabs on all my exercises. Getting back to my PR for shoulder press btw. Got 205 X 8 on the Smith Shoulder Press. Next workout i'm gonna get back to that 210 mark.

    No stress with deads #. If you are training bodybuilding-style, you don't have to care that much about how heavy you lift (well not really but...). It's all about stimulation. Doing them at the end of a back workout is even more brutal.

    Funny thing is, after no deads for about the last 6 months those light ones actually got me pretty good. Planning on moving the weight up very slowly over the next few months.

    Instead of moving the weight right away, knock out a few sets of 135's on Dl for 25 reps.


    I found that when I used to do 225X40. One set. I'd get pumps I couldn't get doing 405X10
