Victor is killed by Dexter, Phil and Kai easily. Maybe even Jay and Wolf.
Food quality does not change the laws of thermodynamics. Provided you consume adequate protein, EFAs, fiber, and vitamins and minerals you can eat whatever you want.
The only difference between a 'clean' and a 'dirty' food is how much of it you eat.
The Glycemic Index is meaningless unless you eat carbs alone in a fasted state. As soon as you add fat, protein, or fiber to a meal or have eaten in the previous 4-6 hours the GI is irrelevant.

i can see him in the top 3 if he is ON
victor is only 35 bro. there's many guys who are competing or competed til early forties. Most guys peak around they're mid-30's and victor is at the peak of his game, so he shouldn't even be thing about retirement any time soon. and even though there are some new guys coming up, the olympia stage will be dominated by guys like kai and victor for the next 3-4 years (with the exception of phil heath and maybe dennis wolf). But I don't see guys like evan or brandon as even close to a threat for the title yet.

The Ironman lighting is too strong for some guys skin tone that it reflects a strong yellow shine which takes away from their physique. But phil is one of the guys who benefits greatly from stronger lighting. you saw him at the pittsburg guest posing in ****ty lighting and it made him look like ****. The Olympia lighting is perfect imo for everyone, it shows everyone's physique exactly the same to where no one can benefit from the lighting more than the guy standing next to them. It shows every muscle very clearly from top to bottom and doesn't take anything away from their physique so I say keep it.
It is a little bigger, but it has to do with shape, one of his biceps was just naturally fuller than the other. I have the same thing in my bis.
you are very right sir. Ronnie said one time: "I was really impressed by phil, my record might be in trouble once phil gets a hold of it." Some people disagree but i agree with big ron.The Road To Success Is Paved With Many Failures

bro its not like its ronnies left lat or tricep in 07.. so what if he has a tiny bit more detail in his right quad or his left bicep is a little fuller, unless it is to the extreme to the point where it stands out and is very apparent like the example I listed above, symmetry from left to right isn't that big of an issue.

im both a vic and heath fan but i think its gonna be hard for anybody to knock heath out of the running for that title. I dont even see dexter jackson getting it again.
