im 28, have not taken any anabolics of anykind in a bout 8 months, nor am i on any PCT, i can provide daily updates and can follow any diet suggested if there is one you would like me to try, or can provide you with one for your review.ive lifted since 97 i train mostly for strength. my workout schedule looks like this:
monday: chest
tuesday: shoulders and traps
wednesday: back and forearms
thursday: biceps and 30 min cardio
friday: tricrps and 30 min cardio
saturday: quads n hams 15min cardio(genetics gave me great calfs i dont need to work them) but 2x a
sunday: cardio 30-45min.
i usually do 4 to excersices 6 sets per body part usually sets go 12, 10, 8,6, 4, 4 or 10, 8 6, 4, 4, 2. every 3rd week i switch it up, ill add dropsets, negatives, and/or forced reps. im 6 ft 280 endomorph. presantly im eatting 1.5x my lbm for protein, 2x my tbm for carbs.
im a perfect candidate for your trial cuz i am very honest, consistent, trustworthy, and have a great love for bodybuilding. i eat a consistent diet when i have a goal to reach and i do reach it, unless i become injured, but i always lift with saftey formost on my mind.
my diet is usually 1 pack of Animal Pack egg whites and oatmeal in the morning. i have animal flex on hand incase my r.shoulder or r.elbow flare up on me. 2 scoups probolic sr 3 hours later, 3 hours later at lunch 10oz chicken breast or turkey with rice or a cup of strawberries, an orange, or apple, or wholegrain bread. monday thru wed ill add another serving of carbs cuz there the days i do chest shoulders and back and i need the energy for the heavy lifting, along with either IDS liquid whey 42, or optimum nutrition 100% whey 2 scoups then its time to lift 30 min before my workouts i usually take 1 pack of Animal Pump and 1 scoup of shock therapy in 8oz of water. my sessions last no less then an hour when i am finished i have been taking dark matter 1 serving (2 scoups) followed by a small can of chicken 45 min later, followed by dinner lately i have been feasting on the deer i just killed. then i like to take 1 scoup of probolic sr before bed and as i laydown and shut my eyes i take GNC zma, and i usually drink 2 gallons of water thru the day i have ony been a member for a short time and have no logs to show you but i can assure you i will keep a very detailed log for this project if picked, and even if im not picked im still buying this and logging it. I-Force is my fav supp company hands down. it would be an honor to test a new product for your company, reguardless of your decision thank you for your time,Last edited by Johnnyb123; 12-10-2008 at 08:03 AM.

NOTE- I am completing a Mitotropin log on Dec. 24, so I can start after that if chosen
#1 - Training history: What type of training do you do? Please go into as much detail as possible on past and present lifting styles.
I have a solid 3 years of dedicated and intense training where I have made significant strength gains both in terms of weight lifting and functional strength for MMA. You should chose me because my training regimen will really help push the product to its limits, plus it will be good having feedback from someone who works out as much as I do.
I?ve tried so many types of different training to get various results ? German Volume, HIT, 5x5, Doggcrap, etc
I?m currently doing a push pull routine, but am planning on revamping the first of January (def. open to suggestions if I get chosen for the log.
#2 - Current and Planned diet. Again, please be EXTREMELY detailed.
Meal 1 - Oats, PB, scoop of whey
Meal 2 - almonds / scoop of whey/casein
Meal 3 - lean ground beef, green beans/veggies w/smart balance omega 3 butter
Meal 4 - scoop of whey/casein blend/oats
Post workout - 2 scoops whey/casein blend
Meal 5 - chicken/beef/fish, broccoli/veggies, w/smart balance omega 3 butter
Meal 6 - cottage cheese and PB
Macros - calorie cycling from 2500 ? 3000 depending on day (this has worked extremely well for me the past few years)
Protein ~250
Oats 100-120
Fats 60-100 grams
When bulking, I will plan on raising cals by at least 250 each week or two, depending on how my body reacts
#3 - Personal Stats: weight, height, body type(ecto, meso, endo)
Age: 24
Sex: Male
Height: 6'1
Weight: 176
Bodytype: Meso
#4 - Why should we pick you? And for one last time, details details details.
You should choose me because my diet and training are always spot on for what I am trying to accomplish. I have been doing MMA for awhile and haven?t needed to put on some mass. I have experience with Halodrol and 11-oxo (def. not mass monsters by any means) ? I am looking to gain a good 20-30 pounds by the end of my bulk to see where I land , and I think this would be a great way to test it out

DMZ Tester Application
QUALIFYING CRITERA
Currently not on any anabolic of any kind
Currently not in PCT
Can provide updates multiple times a day 5+ days a week
Can follow any diet or training program if mine is not approved
Have run Phera Plex, Epistane, Testanate 50, and Xtreme Tren
TRAINING HISTORY
Currently I am following Crossfit with my own specialized strength training program. I begin by doing my strength training program and then follow up with the Crossfit workout of the day.
Current Training Protocol:
Day 1: Crossfit WOD; Strength A
Day 2: Crossfit WOD
Day 3: Crossfit WOD; Strength B
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Crossfit WOD; Strength C
Day 6: Crossfit WOD
Day 7: Crossfit WOD; Strength A
And so on...
Strength A: Bench (3x5), Squat (3x5)
Strength B: Clean and Jerk (7x1), Weighted Pullups (3x5)
Strength C: Deadlift (3x3-5)
My main training style is focused on strength. I do a lot of compound lifts in the 3-5 rep range. I also do a lot of heavy conditioning. In the past I have stuck to the 4-6 rep range, hardly ever going over 8 reps on any lift, unless I am doing conditioning and I could go up in the 50's and 100's. I have done programs such as Max-OT as well. I train for performance and strength over vanity, but I still manage to obtain a decent build.
DIET
(40/30/30)
4000 calories
400g of carbs
300g of protein
150g of fat
1 gallon of water
These are all minimums. I will be eating anywhere from 4000 to 4500 calories a day. Currently I am eating 2500 calories for matainence and I am lowering my bodyfat while adding strength.
PERSONAL STATS
Age: 21
Stats: 6'0", 183 lbs, 9% bodyfat
Training Level: Advanced to Elite
Body Type: Endo-Meso
PICK ME!
If you have looked at my logs you can see I am very detailed and update multiple times a day. I am very dedicated when it comes to diet and training and work as hard as I can to stretch my results as far as possible. No effort, no lift, no bite of food goes to waste. Everything has a purpose.
I will also update on the following:
Mental Alertness/Focus,
Energy
Motivation
Mood/Aggression
Libido
Endurance
Strength
Pump and Vascularity
Muscle Hardness/Density
Body Composition
Overall Sense of Feeling

I would edit this for spam bots
lol, let him do it!
scivation?
and you seriously don't plan on eating complex carbs while using an anabolic?
have you ever used a PH/DS before? I'm just curiousRealize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

Age:21
Weight:182
Body Type: Meso
Training:
5 minute warmup on lifting days, but other than that 0 cardio
Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Tuesday: Abs
Wednesday: Back, Biceps
Thursday: Off
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Abs
Sunday: Off
I've used splits similar to this in high school and since I got back into lifting about a year ago I found this is what works well for me. Don't change it if there's nothing wrong with it. On the days I lift I'm in the gym by 6AM so I have all day to get my protein in.
Diet: Everymorning I drink a shake that consists of the following
1.5 c Oats
3 scoops Scivation Whey
10 oz Skim Milk
4 tblspn PB
Snack: Met Rx Big 100 bar
Lunch: Subway ft long chicken breast
Dinner: Varies always >50g protein
Before Bed: Protein Shake 2scoops
On this forum or in life I make lite of a lot of things, have a good time, but when I step in the gym its all business. I take this **** seriously because if I don't then I'm wasting my time. Eating, lifting, DOMS, waking up at the ass crack of dawn, not being able to squat down and pick up something you dropped is all a waste of time if anything else takes priority in your life over bodybuilding. I've sat back and watched Dave's log of this product and I like what I see. This would be my first PH and I feel the gains I make from your product would only further improve your sales. I have not logged any products so this would be my first. As I am commited to lifting I would commit to finishing a log of this product.
Thank you,

Well let me make this short and sweet
Have gotten awesome results from Superdrol in the past when I have used it. The sense (from I-force) is that this product would equal to or surprass Superdrol. Given how well I respond to Superdrol and the level of committment I can make to training and nutrition protocol's I can quite accurately validate or dispute the claims made by the company.
If you need some more details (a formal application) please let me know, but I think you have a good idea what I bring to the table

I have a request of anybody that is accepted as a tester for this new product. If anybody can volunteer to provide bloodwork before and after use of Dymethazine. I am interested in a full panel, but Liver/HDL/LDL, Test, Free Test, of course SGBH would be great.
Thanks to anybody that can provide a scan of the results, with names and confidential information blacked out of course.yes.... I have low posts and high reps.. They came from the AAS section when it was alive.. if you have LEGITIMATE questions then PM me... I'll always help educate.

Looks like an awesome opportunity. I'm still in PCT so I'm not applying but I'm interested to see the logs. Everything I've used by i-Force has been great and expect this to be the same.
