    I personally believe Caesin is a waste of money. Eat you some PB, cottege cheese, or drink a big glass of milk before bed. Adds to your calories if you need them, has protein, and is healthy to eat/drink. No reason to spend the extra money on caesin that would be much better off spent on more Whey!

    hey im doing this thing on fridays from 6pm-11pm and then saturday from 9am to 10pm its almost all aerobic so ill be burning a lot of calories and i dont want to be eating away at my muscle and stuff.

    should i take caesin protein on like saturday in the morning?

    heyy i need some help


    if i take casein protein in the morning would it be bad to eat something after that or is it really only suppose to be taken at night?


    cause i do a thing on weekends thats all day and i want to know if i should take it in the morning, cause im not going to miss any of my meals but still
