    comments: pretty decent workout, still trying to get used to the format, so far i like the wwest side program, feeling some serious doms from this week, considering i just started lifting again since forever ago,

    this one guy who works at the gym was working out and started talking to me when i was just about to do my last set of curls why couldnt he just wait like 1 minute...he started saying that what i was doing didnt seem like it would be effective and i should do the general "broscience" belief of 1 body part a day and he also asked if i wanted to go through an arm routine with hime tomorrow when i just got done doing biceps?? so i am not going to work out with him tomorrow, i definately feel this programs effects(long comments i know,)

    Friday-ME Lower

    A.Front Squats

    fronts went real well, went with low weight(still was tough though) to make sure i got the form in check and made sure i went down far enough

    B.DB Lunges

    these were ppretty intense, quite a bit of effort went into these, was sweating the whole time

    C.Pull-Throughs

    these felt really wierd and i am not sure on my form, there is no mirror where i can look at me doing them, hopefully i'll nail it next time

    [i] the ab circuit was killer my abs felt like they were ripping...and i couldnt do sprint situps for some reason, they just felt wierd, and the calves went well[i]

    comments: nothing really going on gym-wise, but i just got done with my research paper and i am so relieved and exams are comin up soon, in about a couple of weeks

    my one class, trigonometry is not going well, at least for my standards, i have an 82 in the class, when my other grades are extremely good(ap u.s. history=95, honors english 3=96, religion=103, and spanish 1=101) i just cant seem to figure the stuff out and it just frustrates me...i think one problem may be that i havent taken algebra 2 honors yet, which i am takin the next 2 trimesters....i may post up my paper on here because of what the topic is

    felt alot easier than last week, so it must be working, the 16 steps i couldnt make it, i kind of slipped so just went down to 15 steps

    B.Bulgarian Split Squat

    wow these killed, honestly this is probably one of my favorite exercises, it gives such a burn, both legs were dyin afterward

    C.Stiff leg deadlift

    felt good, keeping form in check, the last set my grip was gettin weak and i couldnt hold in, hopefully my grip will improve over time

    D1.weighted swiss ball crunch

    havent tried em but i have looked into some of them, not sure where i can do it the sprints and such, just a treadmill?
