fronts went real well, went with low weight(still was tough though) to make sure i got the form in check and made sure i went down far enough
B.DB Lunges

these were ppretty intense, quite a bit of effort went into these, was sweating the whole time
C.Pull-Throughs

these felt really wierd and i am not sure on my form, there is no mirror where i can look at me doing them, hopefully i'll nail it next time

[i] the ab circuit was killer my abs felt like they were ripping...and i couldnt do sprint situps for some reason, they just felt wierd, and the calves went well[i]

comments: nothing really going on gym-wise, but i just got done with my research paper and i am so relieved and exams are comin up soon, in about a couple of weeks
my one class, trigonometry is not going well, at least for my standards, i have an 82 in the class, when my other grades are extremely good(ap u.s. history=95, honors english 3=96, religion=103, and spanish 1=101) i just cant seem to figure the stuff out and it just frustrates me...i think one problem may be that i havent taken algebra 2 honors yet, which i am takin the next 2 trimesters....i may post up my paper on here because of what the topic isLast edited by meyer23; 10-25-2008 at 09:15 AM.
