    Right now Im stacking some different things but im basically using:

    PAk, Flex, Nitro (Before & After w/o), Stak, Uni-liver, EAAstack (during w/o)

    I am trying to cut down and see how overloading the EAA's will help with retaining muscle as im cutting down, I dont know if its a mental thing but Im absolutely loving my stak using both EAA stack & nitro, I would reccomend it to anyone....

    Pak/Flex/Nitro/Stak + Uni-Liver & EAA Stack. Very complete. Pak/Flex are core, as are Nitro/EAA Stack/Uni-Liver. The only "cycled" product you're ading is Stak.

    "Overloading" on EAAs sounds like a good plan, but focus on smaller, multiple doses like you're doing, as opposed to single, large mega doses. That seems to work better.

    Yea that is exactly what ive been doing, sorry if i mistated my plan, yea i wasnt looking for one single megadose, but a constant flow of EAA's into my system, I am also giving a shot to Bitter Melon Extract which MnF claimed to help your body be able to absorb more EAAs and Creatine, and it actually seems to be helping, but it could be mental, either way, im loving the lineup

    As far as the missing Animal Pak, it's only due to my budget. I therefore opted for Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition. Sorry. It just fit my budget better and would last a bit longer.

    - M-Stak (minus red pill) 60 -45 minutes PRE
    - Pump 30 min PRE
    - Nitro Post
    - Torrent, then right after.

    Sure know your stuff.
    I never thought about taking Nitro INTRA...That would be something i might do/test, to see which my body reacts better to. Thanks for the input!

    Animal Cuts has been around for a long time. There's no issues that I've heard of with guggul in Cuts.

    I know both U Rep and I are big fans of EAAs during the workout. It's easier to do with Nitro G as it's a drink, but Nitro G will be relaunched shortly as a bulk EAA powder with more value.

    Ok after read this I am convinced to start my animal tranformation:
    I am 30 5'11" and 204 pounds. Lifting for 3 years some muscle gain but is more fat and water. Experience with Creatine, NoXplode,BAA's and run one bottle of natural Test Boosters. I very carefull in my diet and protein intake. I have change my lifting habits to maximized gains ( I am ecto). So I am ready :

    How should I start?
    Pak + M stak+ Test + nitro
    Pak + Test + Pump
    Any other combination?

    Wich one is the best to maximized my bulking?
    When I start with the Animal Cuts? During after?
    Liver protection?
    How is cycle?
    I have my credit card in my hand ready to order but I have been researching for months
    Suggetions?

    That's how I used it, when I was doing the EAA stak/Test log. BTW, G, for Pak are you using one or 2 packs? And, if 2, are you splitting them, or both together?

    First, if you're bulking, look to three things: food, food, food. Food is the first and last thing you should be concerned about. That's the real start, not the supplements. Assuming you have that in order, of the two stacks, I'd probably go with a third option:

    Pak: solid, and I'm glad this was at the center
    Pump: creatine, cell volumizer, pre-workout focus
    M-Stak: nutrient partitioning to maximize gains

    This would make for a basic, triple stack. Combined with the calories (and not at the expense of calories), you should see solid gains. Pak is not cycled, nor is Pump. M-Stak is cycled, 3 weeks on, 1 week off.

    Animal Cuts, not needed as you're on a bulk. As for when you would use it to cut, only you can answer that, and it depends on how your bulk goes. Good luck.

    Not nearly as complete as Animal Cuts.

    Current and up coming stack

    I switch some of this in and out by the week. Currently I am using this...
    In order of importance and ingestion.

    Sleep!
    Water!
    Food!

    No sarcasm there folks, without those as a base, supplementation is a waist.

    My Stack current:

    Universal Specialized Protein for lean mass both Vanilla and Chocolate - mmmm need I say more? read the ingredient profile fellas, good stuff here.

    Animal Pak - with breakfast on off days and with the meal before my workout on workout days.

    Animal Flex - with a meal, try to take it so I am not dumping it together with other supps but whatever time works best that day. Doesn't really matter as long as I get it every day.

    Universal Uni-Liver - just added this week and is now a staple. 2 to 4 of them with every meal and sometimes 2 in with just a protein shake between meals.

    Universal Tribulus Pro - One with breakfast, one with dinner. Tribulus seems to be controversial. This stuff works for me. Boosts strength and does crazy stuff to my libido. It's cheap and it works, I use it. Nuff said.

    Universal NOX3 - Triple Action Vasodilator. I like to use these while I am cutting fat. Gives me strength and makes my veins pop out when I workout

    Universal Storm - Any time of day on off days and pre workout on workout days. On workout days I put L-Carnitine in it for pre workout and sometimes I may add a few grams of micronized Creatine Mono instead of just using a larger scoop of Storm for days that I want more Creatine. This product is an excellent value for your dollar.

    Universal Torrent - Post workout. I never go without it! Brings the life back into your body after you have beat it out of you in the gym.

    A fat burner/thermogenic that I am currently logging to help cut water and burn fat.

    Universal ZMA Pro - it's ZMA for bedtime, duh

    Universal Natural Sterol Complex - First try, I love Animal Stak, have run 3 cans of it already. I want to try this next.

    First three are right on. Sleep. Water. Food.

    The two basics, Pak are Flex are a no brainer for me.

    Specialized Protein is your basic protein. No problem there.

    Uni-Liver, could be considered a staple. A few with each meal and you're set.

    Torrent, PWO, nice.

    No creatine in your program, so you could stack Storm/Shock Therapy.

    Tribulus Pro, NOX3, ZMA Pro, a fat burner, and possibly Natural Sterol Complex and Animal Stak? I'm confused and off the top, this is way too much. Are you cutting?

    My post was a bit wound, sorry about that bro, now I know why you didn't comment at first.

    No creatine... I get about 8 to 15 grams a day depending on workout or off day. Is this not right? It's listed above in my current stack. I use Storm/micronized creatine mono/Torrent. If there is some other way I should do it I'm all ears.

    Not really cutting, more of a recomp.

    You mixed current and "next stack" together. I have them separated up there. Current is Trib, NOX3 and a fat burner. Next stack is no fat burner and adding Sterol, probably drop the Trib when I do that, what do you think?

    No Animal Stak right now. Does that make sense? Sorry bro, I listed everything I use at various times instead of just what is current.

    If this is too much, where should I cut back?

    How I can cycle M- Stak?
    Whats the difference between M-Stak and M-test?
    Do I need to take an aromatise like 6 oxo?
    After bulking should I run Animal cuts alone or can be stack with something else?
    When a Uniliver is required?

    I didnt mean it in a bad way. I just see a bunch of posts of Animal Stacks and most of the times I dont see Stak in there. Im just wondering why that is.
