Well, thiry days done. Experiment finished.
** 30 days: 28 on-track; one planned free-day meal; and one cheat non-planned day.
** 17 lb of excessive bodyweight eliminated.
** average blood sugar decrease from 168 mg/dl (TYPE 2 DIABETIC) to 125 mg/dl (PRE DIABETIC).
** mental conquer: I could established in mind what I eat as an addiction, for instant pleasure, and what I eat to be energetically feeded.
** future plans: I need to get blood tests results I did today to establish what comes next: a) another 30-day on keto; or b) more one chance eating clean, carb loaded food.
