No such thing as an ectomorph, mesoporh, etc. My theory is that his metabolism is just messed up (possible malnourishment since childhood), so he just eats when he's 'hungry'.

how so? people with different bone structures have different body types. You can easily tell some people have a wider and thicker bone structure while some have smaller thinner bones, such as wiz.
