Well after two weeks into the transformation, I am down a total of 16.4 pounds from when I started. I have noticed many things changing with my body that are encouraging and let me know it's not ALL water weight. 1. My clothes are fitting better. What was once a shirt that I only used as an under shirt (because my belly stuck out) is now a shirt I wear to the gym. 2. My wedding ring had been VERY tight and my wife had been yelling at me that I need to get a bigger size. My ring now slips on and off whenever i want with ease.
Attached are my before pictures. As you can see I have a long way to go with this transformation but 16.4 lbs in 14 days is nothing to be ashamed about. I also need to not be ashamed to show how my body used to look... rather excited about how it WILL look. Sorry for taking so long to post these.
As far as my meal....i will start to take photos of them more often and post. Mine dont look as good as Bbowsh's but they get the job done for me.

So this may be cheating because I'm taking my friday weigh in results instead of my Thursday but I will actually post both and maybe someone can give some advice. First things first....
I allowed myself a cheat window from the start of the Super Bowl until the final second on the game clock. I weighed myself Monday and my weight jumped up 5.4 pounds. HOLY ****!! Since then, it has slowly gone down but not like i thought it would. I know i ate a lot but it seems crazy to gain 5.4 pounds because of 3 hours of eating. When i took my Thursday weigh in...I was at EXACTLY what i weighed last Thursday. How could this be? Well as thursday went on.....I had more bathroom visits that day then even in my life. When the day way done, I had taken 5 dumps for the day. (probably TMI but oh wellz). This has been a semi constant theme for this diet. I Eat plenty of fiber and fresh vegies but still it only happens once ever 3-4 days.
This morning I took to the scale and weighted 396.6. Im taking that number as my official weigh in amount. Total....down 18.4 lbs.
I now am wearing a shirt I haven't worn since freshman year of college. Damn it feels good!!

Don't worry too much about the transient gains you see from a cheat day. I once went up ~15 lbs from an epic Vegas buffet extravaganza (BBowsh was there). As long as you're counting macros the rest of the week you should dip back down 2-3 days later.
Good work on the losses so far brah, keep it up. GJDMMan was built to persevere and overcome - it is through our struggles we find strength, through strength power, and power purpose. Do not falter in the midst of defeat but continue on knowing that you cannot fail.

Greetings,
Having a successful week... I did go over my calorie target on Saturday this weekend for my roommate's birthday blowout. It was a great time, but a lot of chili and vodka involved . Saturday marked only the second time that I have consumed alcohol since starting this log. I aim to only allow myself to drink on Saturdays, if at all.
Post-workout meals for this week:
214 grams teriyaki chicken & 235 grams Asian vegetables
172 grams sirloin & 114 grams broccoli/rice/carrots
Chest/Back Lift on Monday - 1067 Calories Burned
Triceps/Traps/Biceps Lift - 1158 Calories Burned

This morning was the official week four weigh-in. I came in at 262.5 lbs.
That is a loss of 16.3 pounds and 1.8% body fat thus far. Definitely seeing slower results. I need to be stricter on the weekends.

Despite feeling a lack of motivation and 2 days where the majority of my calories came from Carbs rather than Proteins, I was able to weigh in yesterday at 393.6 lbs which is a drop on exactly 3 lbs from last week's weigh in. I plan on taking a trip to Washington DC this weekend with a bunch of friends who thinking eating healthy ordering the medium sized value meal rather than upgrading to the large... so we'll see how the weekend treats me.
Im hoping to maintain weight and come back after the weekend ready to start to weight cut again. I will post progress photos when I get a chance soon. My meal photos are nowhere near as good as Bowser but I will begin posting soon

This week's weigh in for me was a little bitter sweet. I thought for sure I was going to be in the 380's but fell just short of it and weighed in at 390.4. However, I need to look at it in perspective and realize that I am still down about 2.5 lbs for the week and over the recent hump where I have been at for a little while. Although I didn't fully partake in a cheat day this weekend, I allowed myself this week to drink beer pretty heavily. I am a huge craft beer person so it has been a long time since I have done this.
I took progress photos last night and it has created a huge surge of motivation in me going into the next few weeks. I will hopefully post those tonight if I get around to it. Maybe you can all give feedback but i am extremely happy with the results. I realize this is just the start and i have a long way to go but I am motivated to make this transformation a reality.

Here are my five-week progress photos... Not impressive at all. I can definitely feel the difference in my thighs when I put jeans on, at least...
Here are the post-workout meal reviews... Easier than posting individually, I'll just throw one of these up weekly or so...
Enough for today... I'll check back in next week.
Cheers, brahs!Bowser

Thank you for the responses, all!
To be honest, I'm not counting my macros, just calories. I'm hanging at around 1800 calories a day. With the exception of Saturday, obviously. I haven't always done the "cheat day," this past weekend was only the third time. But it spilled over into lunch on Sunday, due to a roadtrip with friends and a hangover. I'm still seeing results on the scale weekly, so I can't complain. I also have not lost any strength, so that is keeping me happy. In fact, I feel like a couple lifts have gone up, miraculously, despite the caloric deficit. I expect that to change soon.
Thank you, sir!! The biggest difference I've noticed is the way my jeans fit. I have more room in the thighs, and pretty soon I'm going to need to invest in a smaller belt, I'm using the tightest loop hole. I guess I'm hoping to see a difference in my chest/arms/back definition. A few co-workers have commented that my face looks thinner. Hopefully the three-month progress shots will show some better results.
Thank you!!! That is exactly how I feel, I'm going to take it slow and be consistent. My goal right now is to see as much progress as possible between now and July 25th, then I will re-evaluate my goals. Mentally, it has really helped cutting off all restrictions for Saturday. I feel no pressure to deviate from my diet throughout the week, knowing I can go crazy on Saturdays. I'm hoping to lose 1.5 to 2 lbs. a week. I need to really limit myself on Sundays, and not let the Saturday cheat day spill over. Thanks for the encouragement!
Tomorrow will be our Week Seven Weigh-In. I'm pretty nervous after a rough weekend. Talk to you all soon!Bowser

Today's weigh in my myself pushed me finally into the 380's by just a little bit, but still there none the less at 389.6 lbs. I had a very big cheat day on Saturday and was shocked i didnt gain any weight this week. However, I also had a bigger milestone that I am happy to report about. My wife who also struggles with her weight/body image told me that she is finally allowing me to make a plan for her. She tried to do her own thing a few weeks into my program but hasn't seen ANY results. She consulted her doctor and he advised her to not focus on calories but the amount of carbs. This only means it is easier for me to succeed with my diet because I won't be having her beg me to take her to Olive Garden and Red Lobster for date nights which kill my diet.....who can pass up those rolls, c'mon!
I have been absent in posting progress photos and "instagram quality" meal pics like Bbowsh but I will hopefully before the weekend hits.
If you have words of encouragement I could sure use them because although i am still motivated by my weight loss goal, I am finding myself tired and feel like I am dragging myself to the gym every day. I need something to kick start me and make working out fun like it was in the beginning.
