Sleep makes a huge difference man, during the week I get 6-7 hours of sleep. Over breaks and Sundays (after sleeping all day Saturday) I have a lot more energy. My body personally needs 10-12 hours to function well everyone's different.
Sleep more try getting 10 hours a night if possible, if that doesn't work physically something's wrong I would go see a doctor
