Sorry for no recent update. Been dealing with work being done on our house to list it as well as packing and organizing. My garage gym has turned into a storage unit so trying to lift is a bit difficult but I have been getting training done. I'll update tomorrow since I have my third bench session. Sucks my training days have to be constantly pushed back but that's life right?

What's up fellas. So life has been hectic getting ready to list our house for sale. We just spoke with our realtor today and he loved the upgrades we did to the place. The plan is to have our house listed on the market next Thursday.
Sorry for the lack luster log as this isn't my normal protocol. Training has been going good though surprisingly even with all the stress around. I'm at work right now but i'll update this tomorrow with my training from the past couple days and with tomorrow's squat/deadlift session.

Wow sorry for the lack of updates. It's been a crazy last couple weeks. I just got back from visiting Arizona on Friday night. Training has been sporadic since we've accepted an offer on our house here in Oregon. Again sorry for the lack luster log. I have been training when I can. I have primarily been using Xtend outside of my gym though.
To be honest I don't see it benefiting me that much during my actual training vs having a serving through out the day at work. That's where I feel i've gained the most benefit from something like Xtend Go. So I've been training, though the days are kind of all over the place. We close on the selling of our house 4/7 and will be out of it officially 4/21.
Basically my final thoughts on Xtend Go are I wouldn't buy it specifically for my training just based off how I train. I found it didn't will benefit me much with the whole added caffeine part to it. The most I got out of it was just sipping it through out the day. In that case most times I went with 2 scoops in a gallon of water vs just one scoop. I felt I got a slight edge in energy using it this way over the normal training method.
For the most part I wouldn't need an BCAA w/added stims for my training since I already take a preworkout routinely. To me it serves no purpose. Xtend in general is a solid BCAA and for someone maybe looking for an option outside of training for a pick me up this could be a good option. The flavor was ok. It didn't blow my taste buds away like some other products have but it wasn't the worse where I couldn't stand to drink it.
Overall it's a solid product as Xtend has always been but it's just not one I would go out and buy. Sorry for the lack luster log once again. There has been a lot going on in my life and it's been hard to train around it.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441
