The main reason most of you guys on here are depressed is because you're staying in your comfort zone
You need to do things that make you feel bad (initially but it will feel good after completion) srs. You need to force yourself to do things you don't want to do that will better your life.
There are new studies coming out that prove this as fact. When you do things you do not want to do and complete them it activates the "will to live" / "faith" part of the brain and cancels out this pu$$y ass depression 100% Ded Fkin srs
Delayed gratification is key...Work on completing tasks/goals that will better your life; getting better at the gym, getting better with social life, esp girls, building good relationships and being intimate as well..humans need interaction or they get depressed, keep building your life up little by little each day
I make posts on the misc all the time about how to get back to feeling good, healthy and enjoying life..There's allot to the list but one of the main things is gut health + mineralizing yourself and taking care of a deficiency 9/10 Americans have
Yes absolutely no drugs/alcohol/medication
He also needs to start supplementing with a few things (beef liver, black seed oil, curcumin, sodium chloride, cayenne pepper, magnesium, potassium, boron etc) fully mineralizing then do fasted HIT in the morning till he feels like he's going to vomit and pass out
Lots of the time its yeast, mold, candita, worms, parasites in our gut fuking everything up (this is where allot of sickness/cancer comes from)
Our gut produces a mad amount of serotonin we need and since most of you are alcoholics and wreaking havoc on your system with BS processed, GMO, garbage filled with pesticides that fuk up our ability to absorb minerals which we need like magnesium which activates the GABA receptor in the brain AKA the peace neurotransmitter we all need to feel good and not depressed or anxious
90% of you aren't doing things like the above and that's big reason everyone feels so fuked up
