Yeah I never tried the original version heard it was a great stand alone and an even better PCT
Today went in unexpectedly hit some hamstring focused leg day
the other day was more so EGO squatting today as more about feeling the muscle
Lying LEg curls- full stack 4 sets of 12 reps ....5th set pinned a 25 on hit 8 reps
Deficit Stiff Leg Deads- 255(10)275(10)x3 sets 285(10)x2 sets---- always been a good lift for me
Leg Press(3 second negatives/ 2 second pause) 6pps(10)X2 6pps+25ps(10)
Leg Ext- 200(12)x4 sets
Seated Leg curls- 150(12)x3 sets
Single leg leg curls- 60(12)x2 sets
Adductors- 4 sets of 12 with the stack
OVerall today was more to focus on some hams and to try to get into the routine of hitting legs twice a week and having one day of conventional deadlifts and one day of stiff legs... Once I start building on the volume I hope to be doing 12-16 sets of deadlifts a week... 8-9 being hamstring focused including Dumbells( banded dumbells are insane btw)Trying to improve day in and day out.

I started doing the same exact thing about 6 weeks ago (breaking my leg days into two separate days per week). Focusing on Quads and Calves the one day and Hams and Calves the second day. I have to admit it's going very well so far, but sometimes the soreness is spilling over into the next training session (I go Mondays and then either Thursday or Friday) but overall it's been great. My legs need work, and breaking them up like this seems to be the best way to attack them.

Thanks man for the first time in my 9 years of lifting weights its been hard to be consistent my hours at work are terrible.. and sleep is bad during work days.. hunger is in a weird spot.. So I am training as hard as I can the past few weeks has been very productive. I'll be getting a partner at work next week or so.. so should get a tad easier and may be able to get an additional workout in at the stationhouse
Trying to improve day in and day out.

With work now..no.. I will be doing a 4 week diet/cut/whatever you want to call it for my honeymoon in july!
After my last show I really got sick of the industry and what is becoming ESPC social media... everyone is a natural pro or Nationally qualified. or this or that... I like the gym better then the stage no doubt about it.. I may eventually throw my hat into some natural powerlifting contests who knows.. but for now as clique as it sounds I just want to be a better self. This year I'll be getting married/buying a house( 20 minutes outside manhattan) pay off my student loans and passed a promotional test that 9500 people who took it failed.. sorry RANT over...simple answer NOTrying to improve day in and day out.

Man those are some SERIOUS heavy deadlifts, great job!
I'm noticing (in Week 4) I'm really starting to harden up now. Hopefully you guys start to see that as well. I mean I'm not bone dry or anything, but I can tell around my delts, traps, upper chest, lower abs, calves, etc. the skin is starting to get tighter. Loving what I'm seeing from Novedex so far!
