chest workout with another trainer here
she went 100% (i only mustered 60%)
30 min Spin Bike (a little sweaty)
DB Flat Press: 100 x 10
BB Decline Bench: 155 x 15
DB Incline Flyes & Presses: 35 x 12/12
Single Arm OH DB Extension: 35 x 5
Dip Machine: Stack x 20
