I love that workout Ryou: pecs and tris would have got a massive pump with all that rep work!
I think that we all have to remind ourselves how much beauty there is around us .... 'take time to smell the roses'

So are you hitting the bosu with the sledgehammer? I could picture some awesome rebound off those things = visions of sledgehammer hurtling back through the gym ... of course you could be standing on the bosu while you use the hammer

trained 5 ladies today (one of my girls pulled 205 at 135)

did a short leg workout

then laundry and vac

now to relax on this tuesday



if only i had a view

That's a great rack set up and it looks sturdy. Any Rogue equipment I've come across has always been good quality
