My goal is to have so much equipment that I don't have room to workout. I am almost there. :)

I saw another rattler while hiking tonight. It didn't rattle - it was pretty sedate, just lying across the trail. It crawled off the trail as I got my camera out, but hung around long enough for me to get a photo.
Two other photos from my Monday Night hike... The first photo is a view of the Superstitions and Goldfields from the Scenic Trail in MMRP. Weaver's Needle is at the far left and the Flatiron is at the middle-right.

I know I'm not around much - All the posts with the spiders made me want to share this. My father-in-law called the rat dog guy out to kill rats in his chicken coop - breeding pair were a couple of monsters:
Gave one of the babies to one of my spiders:
"Yea, though I farmer's walk through the valley of the shadow of deadlift, I will fear no repetition: for the power rack art with me; thy plate and thy barbell they comfort me."

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Two photos from last Sunday - these were taken from the Limestone Trail #252 which is in the Tonto NF and is accessed via the Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area. I had hiked the Limestone Trail several times before and found it to be difficult to follow. On Sunday, it seemed relatively straightforward.
Looking toward the east. The high formation at the left is part of Skull Mesa.
Elephant Mountain w/ Fortress to the left and in front. The fortress is a lesser peak with mostly steep sides. There is a relatively easy (though steep) way up on the other side which was also defensible by those at the top. Ancient peoples had built stone walls near the top to make it even more defensible.

Congrats on the twins!
Re: gettin snipped. If you go that route, I recommend getting that procedure done on the Thursday morning that March Madness kicks off. Pretty much guarantees being left alone in front of the tv for 4 days.
If you are not a basketball fan, the strategy works for other events. Ex: college bowl season, the Masters, World Cup soccer, NFL playoffs, etc.[]---[] Equipment Crew #73 []---[]

Thanks. I'm not in a hurry to get it done, but it's something to keep in mind.
i have 2 friends who got it done and they're so happy (they both have 2 kids each)
thanks man!
I hope that my recovery in my 30's will be just as smooth. i'm sure i'll be letting everyone know. it's not that i'm not tough; i just love bitching and moaning about ****.
thanks! they're full term, luckily, but just barely @ 37 weeks. we really lucked out they weren't too early or too tiny (they both hit 5 pounds 3 oz) but one nice thing is right now they only want to sleep. We have to wake them up every 3 hours to make them eat. that will change soon, sadly
