Back squat, felt like strength has increased heaps last couple of weeks decided to 1RM.
Yeah breh. Kinda phucked myself by doing 100, 120, 130, 135 x 1 first though. Expected to fail.

it was fine really, got atleast 75% but going in i thought i'd be on an easy 90 - one hundy and then comes that 1 question where ur like u wot m8
sucks cause that was the one i didnt finish and i realized after i was gonna be right if i kept going but pens down time happened 1st
also i think i might have forgotten to fill in 1 of the .5 mark questions

so ive started my cut like 2 days ago cuz i couldnt be fkd eating 7k calories to grow, so im at 5k calories to cut. (will adjust as the weeks go on if i need, metabolism is insane) 110kg at the moment, if i tense you can see a good outline of top 4 abs, so im thinking 15%, all fat sits on chest and stomach, always have nice veins on shoulders and arms even at high BF.
lets fkn do it, then ima bulk all next year, hoping to push close to 120kg by the end of next year.

do note your not nearly 6 foot 2, and weighing 110kg? BMI higher not having a go at you brah
daily as i didnt enjoy chewing it was mostly liquid calories

after i got sick from thailand, i lost interest in eating real food, normally i wouldnt need to have shakes to reach 5K +, ever since i got food poisoning, its never been the same

Not making any weight gain at 3k calories and I believe i told myself to bump it up to 3.5k a few weeks ago but never got around to doing it.
I guess I'll be incorporating a calorie shake with peanut butter, oats, banana, protein and milk for a while to hit that 3.5k

lol vitamin b12 injections? the red one? comes with 3 shots (1ml each) I used to get it from chemist. Was $20.
All it does is help prevent u getting the flu (strengthens ur immune) and when you're under a lot of stress it helps fix up your nervous system.
oh and dat dere sperm production
it doesnt help with appetite brahs*used to lift crew*
