Well, that's annoying.
There are other things i'm looking at getting before one of these, so i'm just going to say, whoops, and apologize before i get a $1300 bill for testing it out, and it pops back in stock. although would be a nice "go bag" item in addition to my vp9 that i edc

played the game.
first page, says in stock (for me)
go through it all until last step after literally entering ALL info
then there is a window for me saying back ordered. right next to place order.
neat sales trick. all the way in the door and got to sign on the bottom line, and then in comes Billy Mays,
WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
and it's back ordered.

Welp, if I do a pistol I'm rolling my own lower anyway, just checked around and hit a vltor A5 pistol kit in stock. Nice. Have a virgin stripped other lower too so no worrying about FFL hours. Let's see have a scionics NP3 BCG, and a basic gunfighter charging handle at least for now, an ALG ACT lying around, a scionics LPK think it even has an ambi safety...

any of you guys have green lasers on their AR?
i have no real reason for it i suppose, but just seems super cool
maybe money would be better spent on spare BCG, or other more practical stuff

Yeah i've got AR with all standard accessories and sling, and a pistol with a light and OWB, and a decent pile of ammo for each. Havent really bought gun stuff for awhile and i'm getting ancy lol . more essential type stuff i was thinking are spare parts, IWB pistol holster, or add another gun like my first shotgun or long range rifle

If you only have one AR, you definitely need to get a set of all pins, a set of all springs, detents, a complete bolt or gas rings-extractor and extractor spring-cam pin, buffer spring. A pretty simple way is to buy a repair kit/lower parts kit/oops kit (or one of each!).
'course, if you have a second complete and functional rifle that's a pretty good spare parts minimum
From which to add the previously listed spare parts

aero and CMMG sell critical repair kits which have all of the parts listed. i bought 3 of them about a month ago because it seems like a good idea. realistically i need at least one spare complete upper receiver per lower and a few spare complete bolt carrier groups, the more the better though, same goes for ammo.

RIP Tom Dempsey.
https://www.foxnews.com/sports/tom-d...bout-at-age-73
Tom Dempsey, a retired NFL kicker long known for a 63-yard field goal he kicked in 1970, died Saturday night in Louisiana after a bout with coronavirus, according to reports. He was 73.
Dempsey contracted the virus in March while a resident of the Lambeth House retirement home in New Orleans, where at least 15 patients have died after being stricken with the virus, NOLA.com reported. As of early Sunday, Louisiana had more than 12,400 confirmed cases of the virus, ranking No. 5 among U.S. states. The New Orleans area has recorded 153 deaths.
Dempsey, who was born without toes on his right foot and without fingers on his right hand, wore a specially made shoe during his NFL career.

My kid loves being out in the woods since he got old enough to get it. He didn't complain about his pack but all he had in it was some food, water, shoes and and his puffy jacket for when we finished up. Realistically it was probably no more than 15% of his bodyweight, but that's enough for him at his age since he was actually up for a descent pace (for him) this morning. I'll probably get him a frame pack for camping this summer.
Saw the sunrise on the way home he enjoyed it

Das it, mane.
No kids of my own yet. But remember back in the day, waking up with my dad at his cottage, hopping in the ol' pickup with a tackle box, few fishing rods, an anchor and some candy. Would go out on the lake and do some fishing. Maybe see a bald eagle, deer or other wildlife. No other people. The sunrise with a chilled reese peanut butter cup in the middle of the lake was always something to look forward to.
We still do it now, although I'm much older. Always a good time w/ the old man.the above post is not serious and is for entertainment purposes only.
