I know it's not much help, but the salad pictured looks alot like a Panera Chopped Chicken Cobb....I've ordered it enough times =P
hoping the chicken is covering the cheese, egg, and bacon that comes in it as apposed to him omitting it tho. makes it yummy!
I could be completely wrong of course.

Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

Cutting friendly 15 minute "lo mein"
1 serving WW pasta
3 servings frozen "asian stir fry veggies" (broc, peas, onions, carrots)
2 eggs, scrambled
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large cooked chicken breast, diced
~2tbsp soy sauce (add till you like taste, barely any cals)
macros:19.5 g fat/ 61 g carbs/ 87 g protein -- 768 cals (10 g of the carbs are fiber, but I count fiber as 4 cals/g like a regular carb)
Cooking
Plated. Its a good amount of food.

although the Cobb salad is delicious, this was a variation of the Thai Chopped Chicken with a bit of extra veggies and extra chicken.
I subbed the gorgonzola for feta since I like it more, and used caesar dressing instead of the thai vinaigrette.
completely agree.
I would honestly never eat at Panera if I had to pay for it, and I have no issue saying that.
However, our breads are really, really delicious.
Our sourdough is top notch, and our Tomato Basil is also super good.
never. ever. EVER say that again.

Cousin came down from Michigan for my sister's bridal shower and brought this:
A rainbow cake from a bakery in Sarnia for the bridal shower. I only got some after the thing was over:
“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
