What I thought was binging all last week in Miami probably wasn't as I had to have been in a deficit if I just hit a new low today.

want to turn something on youtube into a gif, but don’t want to futz with downloading third-party apps or digging around for an online converter?

Here’s a handy, easy to remember trick: Just add “gif” to the beginning of the url. After “www.” and before “youtube.com”



so, for example, you’d turn:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqw4w9wgxcq

into:

www.gifyoutube.com/watch?v=dqw4w9wgxcq

and hit enter. Tada!

To be clear, this isn’t an official youtube tool (though i’d still argue that youtube really, really ought to build one) — so don’t be surprised if it doesn’t work forever , particularly if youtube’s legal team gets too bummed about the use of their trademark right in the domain. This is a side project by the team behind the super gif-centric messaging app glyphic.

One catch: In the current build, you can set the start time and gif duration, but you can’t get super precise about it. If you want frame-by-frame control for that sweet, sweet perfectly timed loopage, you’ll probably want something like gifgrabber or gifbrewery

Just lol @ how my brain works. When I was cutting I was feeling like chit and couldn't wait to bulk, now that I'm bulking I'm enjoying the gains but at the same time I'm kinda looking forward to my next cut as well. Shouldn't be untill next spring though.

Exactly 1lb gain for me since monday 2 weeks ago, average calorie intake has been roughly 3300. That's exactly the rate of weight gain I'm looking for so pretty happy with that, pretty happy I can eat that much without frogteching too. Hopefully it'll go up even further as I bulk up

I have actually binged only 2 times in my life.. Like a real binge and it was so gross. I want to throw up just thinking about it. It fuked my body up so bad

instead of RDing anymore I'm keeping my cals at 2400. I wont count on vaca but I will try to stay pretty safe. I'll reassess afterwards and see if I want to keep going, I probably will.
