Exactly man, I love how you can use any type of mix in and toppings etc. very diverse recipe.
The recipe for the maple bacon donuts was the same except I didn't use pumpkin or vanilla extract or coconut flour. I planned to use Apple sauce, maple extract and almond flour(7g or 1tbsp) but was in a hurry and forgot apple sauce but they still came out good. Just crunched up 3 pieces of turkey bacon and put them in the batter after I poured them into the tray and then saved some for topping them.
The maple glaze was an experiment. I mixed 17g of Cellucor PB Marshmellow with 1-2 tbsp of walden farms pancake syrup and then used almond milk to make it spreadable.

Been craving crepes. My grandma (a French meme) is a crepe making connoisseur. Not going to say these were as good as hers, but they were damn close and got the job done. One of the most delicious breakfasts I've ever made. Reminded me of being a kid stuffing my face with her crepes.

This is your recipe, right?
27g Oat flour
1/4c Pumpkin (60g)
3/4c Egg White
2 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/2 scoop Cellucor Whey
58g FF Greek Yogurt
3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
4-5 packets of Splenda
Mix ingredients, pour into 4 of the sprayed donut mold pan
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before topping
Then to change the flavor, you just sub the pumpkin and spice for applesauce and cinnamon?

MT Platinum Whey CnC cheesecake
Ignore the fact that I clearly beat too much air into the custard and didn't get the cook temp right. I have no idea what happened to my actual springform pan I'd use for this normally so I had to just wing it on the cook time.
I highly recommend licking the bowl clean...fuarking delicious.

Just for fun...
Honey Comb: 1 1/4 cup, 30g, 120kcal
Cookie Crisp: 3/4 cup, 26g, 100 kcal
Fiber 1 Chocolate: 3/4 cup, 30g, 80 kcal
Honey comb you get the most 'volume', but thats mainly because of all the air pockets from the shape of the cereal. Both honey comb and cookie crisp are about 4kcal/g, which is the average of most cereals. Fiber 1 is 2.66kcal/g, which is the lowest I've seen for a cereal that I find palatable and voluminous. (puffed cereals are extremely unsatiating imo)
And of course its got that extra fiber . Unfortunately we don't get it here in CAD, so I usually bring back a box or two whenever I visit the states.

Diabeetus bowl of the night:
Greek yogurt, oats, cocoa, honey, and a banana.
Iv'e never had puffed wheat/rice so I can't vouch for it. All I know is that it's 15g per cup so it's very high volume.
Kix are alright. I think their corn based. Kind of crunch and and very sugary. I had the honey ones but there are others as well.Last edited by WMLifting; 06-03-2014 at 06:56 PM.

@acg67, that looks disgustingly amazing...would eat
@Bh44, bigger pics brah. Go to postimage.org and select either "(for message boards)" or "(15-inch monitor)"
@AutumnHB, that the msaki recipe? Seems to be a hit lately lol; gotta pick up the right baking dish so I can make some...I've got a few ideas of what I want to do
@WMLifting, I don't know how you do raw oats bro...so much more satiating when you add water and let it get 10x the volume. Also is that nut butter? What kind? You left out the best ingredient...

Splurge Time!
new 043.jpg
Sunday Splurge Supper in Santa Barbra, CA. It was 930pm at night so most burger places were closed up, only Chipolte was still open so I went with it. I scored the carrot cake at Cafe Savoy just up the road earlier after spotting it through the glass where it looked much better then as seen here. Odd combo yes but still damn good! Better when following a killer leg session!
