Had a full body workout today to deplete my muscle glycogen stores, doing a low carb diet. Felt like chit in the gym but it also felt good to eat a cheat meal last night, gotta stay sane somehow. Here's to more success bruhs:

I have a date with a chick that's 5'10 next week. I'll show her around my old university's campus (she's an 18 y/o freshman which is hnnnggg b/c she's hasn't become a cum bucket yet) and then hopefully fuk her in her dorm. If she wears heels or something that makes her slightly taller than me then that plan might get kicked out the window though.

Uni started on wed, hit a new low today.. TDEE gains of peace! I didn't even do any cardio this week - I used to do 4 times a week. I was actually slowing down quite a bit on progress and was about to lower calories but good that I was patient, it paid off.
Damn at this bodyfat % I am hovering around rn, even a little loss looks dramatic. Das it mane.u mirin'?

Been stuck at 190-192 for past 2 weeks. Haven't been able to get back into the 180's lol. Gonna decrease calories 2500>2400 next week and then the week after that move from ephedrine 30mg 1x/day to 2x/day (60mg total). Also I just started utilizing refeeds this week since I noticed the stall. (It's week 5 of my "diet" since 9 weeks off weightlifting completely and strength and bodycomp is starting to get back to where it was).
Good thing is my DB bench went from 42's kg 5x4 to 6x6 in that period. My bent over rows went from 100 kg, 4x6 to 110kg, 5x6. DB seated shoulder press from 32's kg 3x8 to 34's 3x7. Haven't squatted or DL'ed enough to know... Hack squat strength went from 5 PPS to 7 PPS if that means anything lol
Legday today, gonna hack squat, RDL. See what else I can do.Training with Osteolysis and a gigantic ganglion cyst... One day I will surgery, but not today...

MFW cheeks are sunken in a bit and jawline is razor sharp. So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.
