Keepin' it classy after work, some frozen french toast bites; actually pretty good considering it only cost me ~$1. Smothered in syrup of course.

Cellucor S’mores & Peanut Butter Banana Waffle
Recipe
Dry:
1 Scoop Cor Performance Whey S’mores (34g)
1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix (8g)
½ Serving Complete Pancake Mix Extra Fluffy (20g)
Dash Baking Powder (3g)
Dash Splenda (3g)
Wet:
1 Egg White
2 Tablespoons Yogurt (32g)
Dash Vanilla Extract
Topping/Filling:
Small Banana (50g)
1 Serving PB Lean from MyOatmeal.com (12g)
Directions
1.Pre-Heat Waffle Iron
2. Combine Dry ingredients into a mixing bowl (Whey, SF/FF Pudding Mix, Splenda, Baking Powder, and Pancake Mix)
3 Add Wet ingredients into dry and mix with a whisk, hand mixer, or stand up mixer until batter is formed
4. Coat Waffle iron with cooking spray and apply batter. Cook until Green light turns on, or Waffle is complete.
5. Dice up a banana with a knife and layer on top of waffle
6. In a small bowl take PB Lean and add water slowly until a thick batter is formed. Take a spoon and glaze it on top of the waffle & Banana.
7 Enjoy!

Chinese- Lo Mein, Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Prawns
Something I learned at work: ramen noodles (drained), 4 packets of mayonnaise (makes it really creamy), Sriracha Sauce. Really.... it is good, cheap and great sauce.
