That's incorrect on her part, you witnessed her hand in an altered scantron. According to that argument, anyone can just cheat on an exam or plagiarize text and claim "you have no evidence that I did this." The scantron itself is the evidence.
She's getting desperate and lawyering up as a last resort because this means that regardless to her MCAT or GPA, she'll never get into a medical school with academic dishonesty on her record.

You should have something where you need a signature for grade disputes, then she writes what happened and signs it off.
Then goodnight sweet academic career.
I can understand why she's lawyering up, she is pushed into a corner and realize her chances of med school are completely ****ed.Last edited by Idontevenliftt; 11-19-2014 at 04:34 PM.

Phuck that kunt.
I hope the university backs the professor and has a team of lawyers of their own.
Serious universities should stand their ground in matters of academic dishonesty and not be intimidated by daddy's lawyers.
If this doesn't work expect accusations of sexism and sexual harassment next.*Proud citizen of the Bountiful and Great Trumpian Empire crew

I seriously hope that she does not get away with this. If she wants to become a physician, this type of attitude needs to be stamped out. At the very least, she needs to learn of the consequences of cheating.
Unfortunately, this type of behavior frequently gets rewarded due to the competitive nature of the medical field. On 5/1/2011 I started my quest for 10k rep.
