Nishane is a Top 10 niche house for me. Good value and great performance with some unique takes on some genres. Love Fan Your Flames personally. Great stuff

For a dumb reach I go for YSL Y EDP all days every day. Need a new bottle as I blew through the last one.

CAHSEE is a subtle hospital environ smell? Nah son I'd much rather go with Prada Lhomme. Both scents have sweetness but Lhomme is more on the effervescent and clean side rather than creamy thick side of the Chanel.

Got a chance to smell some new scents I have yet to try.

Montblanc Explorer Platinum: fresh and very herbaceous. The sage is really strong and dominates it. Not a fan.

Le Male Elixir: this one shocked me. I am not a fan of JPG scents. This is really nice though. Sweet vanilla and tonka, chocolate and tobacco. Yeah I’ll buy this one if on discount.

Givenchy Gentlemen Society: this probably the safest in the Gentlemen line. More woody than sweet and not as intense as some. Nice scent, safe blind buy imo and versatile. Year round scent unlike the others.

Not a fan of Le Male Parfum. Most of the Le Male scents have an anise or some orient spice I don’t like. I don’t get that in the Elixir. It’s more of a honey vanilla chocolaty tobacco scent that works.

There's a slight powder to the iris I guess? My mind just doesn't really run there, more of an expensive bar of soap with some floral sweetness. Gun to my head, if had to choose one designer scent to wear every day to every occasion it would be this one. I could see the Chanel being too heavy sometimes and getting overbearing for everyday use, can't see that with the Prada.

If I could suggest one more to sample for that environment, it's Tom Ford Grey Vetiver EDP. It just screams classy CEO.

He's absolutely correct. Most Creeds have an underlying musky fecal note. Even the fresher ones. Some stronger than others. Most likely from their heavy use of civet.
