If rubber soles on a Red Wing intended for the fall and winter make em look orthopedic, you can call me Steven Hawking's wheelchair.

River Island is pretty good, a little better quality than normal high street shops.
Jack Jones is nice stuff but it's more "fashion" than "style".
Burton is on a par with NEXT I would say.
You get what you pay for, but unless you are looking for long term (>5years) purchases, high street is fine.
£70 is about right for a decent blazer, brah. H&M's blazers are good though. Cheap too.S/B/D 195kg / 125kg / 237.5kg

Need some advice on buying a new suit guys. I currently have a black, tan and navy suits. I have med school interviews coming up in the near future and I think a grey suit might be the best choice. I've been eyeing the crosby/ludlow suits (not sure which would be a better fit for me yet).
I think I'd like to get something in worsted wool as well.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Literally everyone I have seen come to my school for interviews and the people I was with when I was interviewing all wear black suits
The gray suit could help you stand out but if you get some ******* interviewer they may use it as a reason against you for some stupid reason they make up
If I had to interview again I'd probably pick a dark navy blue suit but that is just me

Stay away from black and tan. Black is too overplayed and formal, tan is a bit too lax (imo). Navy or grey would be your best bet. And remember (as I'm sure you know), fit is EVERYTHING with a suit. Suits can quickly become unappealing and hurt you more than anything if they look like you borrowed it from a friend.

Miscers I got a question, I don't really know how to phrase it but here it goes.
What's the difference in material between oxford shirts and just plain button shirts?
For instance, I have a couple of oxford shirts from H&M which I like but I don't think they sit right when I try to tuck them into my jeans. I want some plain coloured shirts that I can fit nicely into my jeans but when I look online, I don't know what i'm look for. Are they more like dress shirts?
Sorry if it doesn't make much sense. If you want me to find a link from ASOS to make it clearer I will.
Thanks!you can do anything you set your mind too.
