Got bored waiting on dentist appointment so wanted to check chest vascularity after the weight loss from mono etc.

Getting kinda veiny considering pic is taken cold, without any pump apart from flexing in fasted state.

Our justice system sucks. I don't know if any of you have heard the story but this guy set fire to his house and killed 6 of his 17 children, he has previously been convicted for attempted murder, road rage, ABH and there has been rape allegations against him. He got sentenced to life in prison today, fine right, he rots and dies in there? Nope. He serves a minimum of 15 years, which means in 15 years (provided he behaves himself) he will be out of prison with a new, protected identity and released back into society. Not only that but he has been offered to be put in a 'vulnerable prisoners unit' with all the paedophiles who would be 'at risk' if they were mixed with the rest of the prisoners. Human rights *******s have turned prisons into holiday camps.

I feel like I should be the voice of reason here. But it's hard to make an argument in favor of people like these.

Hoping most of it is water weight because I am still eating at a deficit this week, aside from a little easter candy splurge on sunday. Also, haven't been (ahem) regular this week. I think I need to start taking extra fiber.

It's the best kind. Even though it's full of people who are full of mistakes, it's funny how there's still a basic, moral compass that's followed. The rapists, baby-killers, ****'s, etc. are still "taken to task" on the inside. It shows me that there still is some decency left in our world. Just a shred, but I'll hang on to it. If we're supposed to be protecting his human rights then why are we putting him in prison at all; I'm pretty sure the right to liberty includes the right not to be locked in a cell. Seems to me then that our so called human rights are really the privileges of being a decent human being then or the government is violation of his rights by even locking him up...why is a guy who murdered his family getting special treatment then while a guy who robs a bank has to sweat it out?

They arent doing anything good though, its a false sense of justice, those who have committed big crimes really have no respectable opinion or concern for what happens to others, they screwed up and arent any different than the people they go after. They arent doing anyone a favor, the ones who they go after are in prison and are serving their term as the state found them guilty already. The wannabe thug gang members are the funniest ones, all about "respect" when they dont even know what the word means.

It's only like that there. Complete lack of professionalism and policy by jail staff. Crime wise we are on par, meaning same criminal element. No way anything like that is getting smuggled in. Especially metal. Makes the whole department a joke and rightfully so. Embarrassing really

I, for one, wouldn't call those two crimes comparable. One's most definitely worse than the other. These guys know that too. They're not dumb. There is definitely a hierarchy in jail. The lowest are the ones who touch children, then rapists in general, etc. My wife's two uncles work in the jail. Its not just something we hear about or see on tv. Its a real system of prison justice that I think is wonderful. If someone hurt your child, you might not get to beat him up, but you know someone in prison will take care of it for you.
