And that’s what I thought..None of these studies address the concern of all those that I posted, & that of the senate hearing..reinfection.

That is the concern & what I’m trying to address..

    Remember this bit..

“note regarding animal deaths in coronavirus vaccine tests: According to Dr. Lee Merritt, animal tests on coronavirus vaccines using cats and ferrets resulted in what were at first believed to be successful vaccines. However, after the animals were exposed to the wild virus, instead of weakening the virus, the vaccine’s “stylized immuno-response” caused the virus to enter the animal’s body like a Trojan horse. “And then it replicated without checking and killed the cat with overwhelming sepsis and cardiac failure,” Dr. Merritt said. “And that happened in the ferrets. That happened every time they’ve tried this. We have never made it through an animal study successfully for this type of virus.”

Also, if you think about how much each term seems to have aged previous presidents, and look at Biden, how old will he be in 3 more years? It's kinda scary!

Paul, if the people were going to die from a wild strain post vaccination, don’t you think the numbers would be off the charts right now? There are lots of “breakthrough” infections, so that indicates vaccinated people are becoming infected. Sure some die, but it’s the same folks that would have died anyway without the vaccine more than likely. It’s not young healthy people…

A couple of things here..”Sure some die, but it’s the same folks that would have died anyway without the vaccine ”.. it’s the same with Covid..at a 99.997% survival rate tell me why we are vaccinatating..? I mean if you are going to argue..”but the elderly” ..Viruses are living organisms that adapt to survive. Giving the vaccine to the weakest people first was actually stupid.

Second, the whole argument is reinfection..that’s the point of all the studies & senate hearings..

Do you realize how many deaths & adverse reactions have been because of the vaccines? You saw my thread on the young athletes..

Pretty impressive, isn't it, that even 9 years ago there was preliminary work being done on SARS vaccines, and that people were already documenting when there were possible adverse reactions that we should learn from. I appreciate you showing us more evidence that people do publish the bad outcomes so we can learn from them.

You didn't ask about animal studies on "reinfection" Paul. You can't get re-infected if you had a vaccine, not the virus, it's just called infected. Also, you need to stop thinking a vaccine creates a forcefield!

Chekov: Shield integrity is at 9% Captain. If the COVIDIANS land another hit like that we're done for.

Spock: Mr. Scott, use the port injectors to provide 3 booster shots to to the primary dilithium crystals, that should result in a 40% increase in our neutralizing anti-matter levels.

Kirk: Screw the boosters, that green chick is hot. Spock, take over, I want to check out her injectors.

Edit, you can get re-infected. You just have to have the vaccine, then get a breakthrough infection, and THEN you can get re-infected. Talk about bad luck

That’s exactly correct..reinfection, breakthrough case, that’s what Delta is..a breakthrough case..& when the next Coronavirus comes around..there are 48 currently is when the real fun starts..that’s what every study showed..you get that..right..?

    The rest of your post..ouch
    Picard > Kirk

But the vaccinated are ALREADY dying at a faster rate than the unvaxxed..you understand this I assume???

Not quite that old yet, and I doubt I'd have been looking at the camera lol.

To be honest, I didn't even notice the shirt before you wrote that, but is that a unicorn, a Pegasus, or the love child of the two?

    Source?

Outside of a few case control studies, there isn't much publicly available data with enough necessary information regarding contact tracing, exposure timing relative to vaccination, time since second dose, etc. to separate cases from pre- vs post-vaccination exposure.

But we do have some some studies looking specifically at transmission:

    https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMc2106757

"We evaluated data from 194,362 household members (which represented 92,470 households of 2 to 14 persons per household) of 144,525 health care workers who had been employed during the period from March 2020 through November 2020. The mean ages of the household members and the health care workers were 31 and 44 years, respectively; a majority (>96%) were White. A total of 113,253 health care workers (78.4%) had received at least one dose of either the BNT162b2 (Pfizer–BioNTech) mRNA vaccine or the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (Oxford–AstraZeneca) vaccine, and 36,227 (25.1%) had received a second dose."

"Cases of Covid-19 were less common among household members of vaccinated health care workers during the period beginning 14 days after the first dose than during the unvaccinated period before the first dose (event rate per 100 person-years, 9.40 before the first dose and 5.93 beginning 14 days after the first dose). After the health care worker’s second dose, the rate in household members was lower still (2.98 cases per 100 person-years). These differences persisted after fitting extended Cox models that were adjusted for calendar time, geographic region, age, sex, occupational and socioeconomic factors, and underlying conditions. Relative to the period before each health care worker was vaccinated, the hazard ratio for a household member to become infected was 0.70 (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.63 to 0.78) for the period beginning 14 days after the first dose and 0.46 (95% CI, 0.30 to 0.70) for the period beginning 14 days after the second dose"

    https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2109072

Among 1497 fully vaccinated health care workers for whom RT-PCR data were available, 39 SARS-CoV-2 breakthrough infections were documented. Neutralizing antibody titers in case patients during the peri-infection period were lower than those in matched uninfected controls (case-to-control ratio, 0.361; 95% confidence interval, 0.165 to 0.787). Higher peri-infection neutralizing antibody titers were associated with lower infectivity (higher Ct values). Most breakthrough cases were mild or asymptomatic, although 19% had persistent symptoms (>6 weeks). The B.1.1.7 (alpha) variant was found in 85% of samples tested. A total of 74% of case patients had a high viral load (Ct value, <30) at some point during their infection; however, of these patients, only 17 (59%) had a positive result on concurrent Ag-RDT. There were no cases of secondary transmission among 31 of the workers with breakthrough cases who had available data regarding household transmission.

    CONCLUSIONS
Among fully vaccinated health care workers, the occurrence of breakthrough infections with SARS-CoV-2 was correlated with neutralizing antibody titers during the peri-infection period. Most breakthrough infections were mild or asymptomatic, although persistent symptoms did occur.

I know, I know, it's bs and it's just a few people adversely affected by the shots. An NBA player just had to drop out of playing after the shots due to pulmonary embolisms and breathing issues.

The deaths and adverse health sequala from these shots is grossly underreported.

Effective treatment alternatives are being banned, underreported and lied about by the government and media.

    Why? Seriously. WHY?

Micro emboli are probably more common than you think, regardless of COVID or an adenovirus derived vaccine. The lungs catch them and they resolve. Only an issue if you have a right to left shunt which means the emboli can bypass the lungs, go to the left side of your heart and then head north, which could be bad. The risk is going to be much higher from the actual SARS CoV2 virus than from the vaccines, but we still have restricted some vaccines in some more at risk populations, because there are others that are safer for them. Pretty sure AstraZeneca's (at least one of them) was the highest risk, then I think J&J. Interestingly, what I've seen says it's from the virus used as the vector, not the spike protein they carry code for, but COVID can also cause it.

Did the basketball player get AstraZeneca or J&J?

Also, I lost a cousin to COVID today. Apparently she was into Kabbalah, a conspiracy theorist, refused to get the vaccine, and she died today. I didn't even know she was sick

My mom told me she had a bunch of followers who now want to attend the funeral, which is going to cause an issue since they're all also anti-vaccine but her family is the opposite.

World is strange. She was a third cousin and I barely knew her, but I never would have expected I had a conspiracy theorist kabbalah believing anti vax cousin. Now I'm sad I don't anymore. Wish I'd know a while ago though, for a lot of reasons.

and yes indeed the world is strange. I don't think wonderous amazement is possible without strange.

You think the AZ vaccine caused it since they give it to people over 40 there, or something else? It'll be easy to evaluate the onset of the MI's relative to when patients who got the vaccine received it. May also be able to tell if the prevalence is higher in vaccinated vs unvaccinated individuals, although their numbers are pretty small. You could also speculate about people exercising when the weather got nice after a year of just sitting on their bums, or even a new strain of COVID or a circulating Adeno virus but it's hard to say. We've also seen a big jump in LDL levels and elevated BP's on some studies because people aren't going to their docs or refilling prescriptions. No idea if that is having an impact.

If it were the vaccines, not filling prescriptions, or the just people exercising again, you'd think it would be happening in more places than just western Scotland, so we'll have to wait and see what they find there and more globally. It wouldn't surprise me if they found a correlation with the AZ vaccine having been given within a couple of weeks of some of the MI's, but neither would a lot of other potential contributors.

The nice thing about computerized medical records and billing is that we can track the incidence of certain diagnosis and sometimes prescriptions too, in nearly real time. Right now it's just a localized blip in the incidence of MI's. It's easy to come up with possible causes, but hard to evaluate them without access to their data.

Wow a lot to consider above!
You can't just say it is a jump during this time, you must consider 100 reasons why and what else was going on during that time frame and in that location.
    Thanks for the reminder.
