THIS. Good as fukk cuzzz.
-Whole wheat pita
-Tomato paste
-bunch of mrs. dash seasonings (tomato basil + garlic kind) + garlic powder
-4oz of cooked chicken
-spinach and/or green peppers and/or mushrooms
-tomatoes
-mozzarella
-bake in oven on 385 for 18 minutes
good as fuk and fits my macros easily

Probably gonna add bacon next time I make it. I always have leftover fat macros to fill every day.

Sup guys starting my cut today( first ever) so should be a learning experience. Currently 185 lbs at 5 11 and around 18% bf. calculated my maintenance to be 2500 cals so gonna shoot for 2000 with macros being 175g protein, 200g carb, 60g fat. Does this seem about right?

Today I did legs instead of normally doing them on thursday's. Much more energy since I work out around noon on M/W/F, switching shoulders to thursday nights now.

had gotten down to 172 abs peakin then got lazy with cardio and eating too much and no more OEP so gained some weight up to 176 fat az fakk but been taking Super HD from Cellucor and seeing some okay fat loss its been a week now down to about 174 gonna doo some HIIT and play ball today mayube some abs too

I can have weight fluctuations on a daily basis of 5lbs just depending on what I ate, how much I ate, when I ate, if I trained or not, etc. Really can't be bothered by the scale anymore, way to many factors influencing that.
gym performance + mirror = true results.
Haha yeah dude, definitely. But that's mostly the dieting I guess, not so much how much fat you're carrying. I think.
Anyway, winter was cold as fuark but happy spring is coming!Iron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.
