Do the basics, squats, deads, legs press, thicken up all over and your legs. But when training legs, throw in some single leg work. One legged leg press, one legged squats (Tim can maybe link you to a vid of him doing them when he trained with Roelly) one legged legged extentions and curls. And lunges are good too.
As for training them twice a week, I'll be totally honest, if your training with full intensity for legs, you won't physically be able to train legs again like 3 days later!
You could however do a rolling schedule - just have an order of what you train and then when you get back to the sale body part, it's about 4-6 days later so you end up training each body part like 3 times in 2 weeks roughly.
Biggest thing I can say tho is that what works for one person may not for another. So training twice a week on legs could be the best thing to bring up your legs, but it also may be the worst? I know what works best for me through trial and error over the last 8 years so I'd never tell somebody not to try something or a certain method. Trying something to know it doesn't work makes you better in the long run as you end up knowing what works best for YOUIG: waldronconstruction

Ill show pics from high school up until now. The first pic I was a freshman in hs and stayed that size until the start of senior year. Ok I grew a little and probably naturally added 10 lbs but it didn't look like much. 2nd pic I was 18 and had been lifting for 7-8 months. Then the rest will follow. I have to keep saving because I'm on iPhone and it crashes a lot so I'll make new posts as I update. Hope this shows you can be a twig and grow

maintaining 180 ish. Was very busy with school and work! This was in brazil , May 2010 visiting my gf, still had some size I guess
Stayed like that until oct 2011 then bulked to 230 this past month. Now @ 225 and 23 yrs old I need updates.

Today @ 225
Decided to pop a few. Its do hard. I've become very inflexible since 180 lbs lol
Some at gym some at home. Wow Sorry about lat pic quality and terrible lighting. Imagining where to red button is on the iPhone and posing is quite the task lol. Soon will have pics outside for good light and someone will take them for me. This was just a bulk update, maintainence rather.
