Squat day today! Missed last weeks squats so now I gotta make up for it.
The plan was to be 205lb lean by September, but Ive been slacking and been at 190 for a long time. Ah well as long as I hit 200 I guess.It's easier to get the single 10 at the bar, than one of the five 8s.
