Love the journals, I've been busting my butt at work and out of work, so I haven't been able to hangout in everyone's lately but its such a good group of people. There is definitely motivation here.
Shoulders are such finicky beast, the smallest thing can set you back half a year. Good luck on getting them back up to strength, bruh.
Thanks guys. Felt really good to finally hit em! First step into rebuilding the wheels
haha, thanks brah. What do you use for your seated DB shoulder presses? I use a regular bench with the full back at near vertical for my Arnold's and one arm DB shoulder presses.4% shredded with striated!

Brutal workout, one of the best I think I have ever had. Gave it my all in every lift, concentrated on all my contractions and squeezed everything properly, there was no going through the motions on this day. The intensity was there from start to finish!4% shredded with striated!

Today was the real kickoff of the new routine, everything is going to be rotating in a much different manner and this is all going to be trial and error. So depending on how I feel, stuff will be changing. Legs and chest are feeling much stronger!4% shredded with striated!

Love the chest/back! Ive added so much thickness since adding this combo
I do them with DB's sometimes but I prefer to do them on the smith machine (the only exercise I use that for)... and I go as low as possible, usually bumping my knee on the ground or just about.
Thanks mang! Feels good to be adding on the weights again. I love lifting heavy
And on it!4% shredded with striated!

I hear ya, the main reason I do the half back is because of the foot pegs. I can kick up weights way easier and drop them back on my legs without fear of hurting my knees since there is give in my legs. When your feet are flat on the ground, you can do some serious damage dropping the weights back to your legs.
I just want to let everyone know that this log is on indefinite hold for the time being. B.O.B., nwskier, and I have all joined forces to create the most epic of epic logs
