Started Hydroxycut today...almost decided to be a bad ass and do the full dosing, but luckily I started out with the quarter dose instead. My hands are a little shaky and I'm full of energy. Been knocking out my day long sets of pushups easily. Going to actually have to hold back so I won't over stress my muscles! I love hydroxycut...was the extra umph I needed for sure. It's impossible to sit around on this stuff and do nothing.

Asked a dude at the gym for help, to make sure I was going my DLs right. He looked like he knew what chit was all about, given that he's like Ammex, taking all the 45lb plates in the gym.
I started off DLing 8 reps of 135 lbs, but dude decided I wasn't struggling hard enough so he added two 25 lb plates on each end. I did 6 reps the first set and 3 1/2 the second set (the last one had crappy form). Literally dropped the bar on the floor when I was done. I kid you not, I had to go pee when I was done.
The worst part? I didn't have the energy or the strength to pull it up and put it on the squat rack. So, I had to take off the plates with the bar on the ground. Pain in the ass.
Squats were similarly awesome, at 125 lbs at two sets of 8. Bench, however, was still crappy. 115 lbs at 10 reps each. Tried upping the weight for lower reps but my form got really crappy. :-(Last edited by Voxmusculus; 12-01-2012 at 12:07 PM.

Today supposed to be back/tricep day. Will probably skip it and just hit some cardio up due to the trap sprain. If tomorrow it's feeling better I can do it and avoid the shrugs.

It was beginning to bother me, not knowing what the "i" was for, lol. I've never seen the whole movie, just a few scenes, and I haven't read the book, but you should still share the tattoo with everybody. Where my head is at - right now I'm reading "The Name of the Wind" by Rothfuss. I asked for a cross between Harry Potter and Game of Thrones.

I have been drinking coffee for the past few weeks, but I've haven't had any for around 6 months prior. I quit every once in while when I feel like I want to be 'healthier'. As for stims, I've taken Hdydroxycut, Roxylean, Hitman energy shots, and a few other thermogenics / stims I don't remember anymore. I've tried them off and on since I was 18.

I like my coursemates sooo much. I was feeling really bad/sick today (ever since Thursday evening actually when I went biking to lots of gyms all day looking for a internship place in FREEZING weather) so I didn't go to class (we're allowed to miss 1 and I'll study the sheets/everything is in the text books anyways) and the people that have my number asked me how I'm doing and such and if they can help me. Soo sweet
Edit: Awesome one of them (who works at the gym) is going to see if they have an opening for me at her gym and get me an internship place there.
Ahh I see, it's strange that you're so sensitive to hydroxycut if you're already used to drinking coffee. Then again I'd probably be really sensitive to it as well, I can only have like 4mg of ephedrine a day max lol or my heart will explode.Last edited by justanothagirl; 12-01-2012 at 01:27 PM.

I want to eat pancakes so bad. But I already hit 1400 calories. Oh well, I know what I'll be having for breakfast tomorrow. :P
I don't think I'm getting a metabolic benefit from it. But it helps with my training/focus and gives me more energy and such. Also, if I don't take a break from it after a while I get really tired (like I'm walking around with bags under my eyes now, I quit 2 days ago) and I need a while off so my body can recover/rest.Last edited by justanothagirl; 12-01-2012 at 01:38 PM.

Going to have to start bulking now, starting to get slightly uncomfortable sitting on my bony butt, need some mass on this body now.

Looks like I have to go back on IF full time because I just can't seem to control my appetite anymore. I want to eat everything in sight.
The chicken in the crock pot came out decent, the smell in the house when I woke up after cooking overnight was awesome. Unfortunately I think I used too much water, I was hoping for everything to simmer into a sort of broth/soup and blend flavors but that didn't really happen. The texture of everything is awesome, the chicken breasts just fall apart with a fork and the veggies are fine. The flavor just isn't super strong. I'm just eating some of the breast shredded up with some barbecue sauce and it's phenomenal. In a pinch I could easily just cook breasts with water and have plain chicken ready for a few days.
Next time I am going to do chicken/rice/mushroom soup, hnnnghh.US Coast Guard ~ SEMPER PARATUS
